This was an exact replacement for the handle on my 20 year old Eljer. It arrived as promised and was installed in about 2 minutes. Great product at a great price.

The flush handle could be a little bit heavier, it just seems a bit loose and doesn't provide the same pressure when pulling down compared to the previous one. Seems to be made from high quality metal, however. Will work for a few years I imagine.
