Had several areas of garage slab settlement and cracking, most likely due to water intrusion into the subgrade. I used this product to raise and skin patch over an existing failed patch. Apply in thin lifts to avoid cracking, I applied multiple lifts first to fill in deeper opening where chunks of previously failed mortar patch had been removed. Then once brought up to grade, I skin patched over the entire patch, approximately 4' x 4' area. Mix the concrete with the bonding adhesive additive, mix to desired consistency, trowel into place. Dries within 12-24 hours. I park my car in the garage, driving and parking on the patch, so far no cracking. Highly recommend for concrete patches and leveling.

I purchased 2 boxes from the local Ace Hardware and they didn't have anymore and I needed another to fill in a spot on the floor that needs leveling and I didn't have enough, the reviews here are pretty mixed either they loved it or hated it, I am very happy with the product I couldn't have purchased a better product for my floor and my flooring man recommended it. It did dry fairly quickly on the wood sub flooring but no so quickly that I couldn't smooth it out, it needs to be leveled out for vinyl flooring. I don't think I'll be able to tell where I had to level it...at least it works in my head. LOL

The product is fine, but the size of the bag is the issue. Its only a 1 lbs bag. So buy the 50 lbs bag at the local hardware store its better bang for your buck.

I used it to level my kitchen floor. When I tried to put down new tile, it wouldn't stick.
