I've been wanting a stand mixer for ages so when I found this one that would do the basic stuff that I need I went ahead and ordered it in the cute Aqua color. The mixer comes well packaged with the bowl, attachments, and manual/recipe book also in the box. Honestly, I was pretty impressed with the entire presentation within the box. The mixer is definitely smaller than other stand mixers that I have seen but it actually fits more than one might think in the 3.5 qt bowl. It is super easy to use and I pretty much had it figured out before reading the manual. The 2-prong cord is a tad short so you need to keep it close to the outlet. One of the most impressive things is that the little suction cup feet have a lot of hold strength to them and even on max speeds when the machine was working hard it still kept the whole thing perfectly in place on the counter. Overall I would say that for the price point this mixer is pretty well made – of course, only time will tell how longevity goes but I am hopeful as long as I don't work it excessively. I did find imperfections and rough dots in the metal on the side of the bowl as well as one of the attachments but they did not stop me from using them. My first use of the mixer was making homemade divinity so I needed to whip egg whites to stiff peaks and then beat the cooked syrup mixture into them. It handled the egg whites quickly and the syrup part gave it a workout but it did the job without problems. I did notice that the whisk attachment did rub on the bottom of the bowl with one of my projects but I fiddled with it a little and it eased up. Loved the splash guard for making divinity as I usually wind up with sticky white dots all over the cupboard doors when I use a hand mixer. Another big plus was the combination manual and recipe book. Not only do some of those recipes look pretty tasty but the manual section was printed in English and the instructions were well written and easy to understand. As I said, I don't think this stand mixer was meant for super heavy duty use however it does seem to do exactly what I personally need it to do. I am looking forward to its time and human energy saving assistance when I tackle my annual Christmas candy/cookie making that I do for gifting purposes....

Mixer works well, easily sped up when we used it to whip up cream-cheese filling for crepes. Size is on the smaller side, 3.5 quarts, so it is easy to lift out of the pantry, and easily handles full recipes.Love the color!
