I have been using the Spyder 5 for many years and now was the time to upgrade. If you take color calibration seriously, this kit has everything you need. It's perhaps a bit much for me as I don't do much with print calibration (yet), but it is good to know that it is there for when I need it. Calibrating my monitors was an easy process and it walks you through everything step-by-step. The cost is absolutely worth it.

As a photographer, color calibration for my monitors is of utmost importance. These datacolor devices have never let me down. This is no exception. They are very easy to use and the price is good when compared to getting poor prints because your monitors are not accurately calibrated.Being able to calibrate for your own printer is a new thing for me. I have always had a lab do prints for me. I now have a photo printer and was having difficulty getting the right color profile for it. Now, the color of my prints matches my monitor and my lab. So wherever I choose to print from, I know the color will look the same.This is a must have device for all photographers in the digital world. It is one of the first things I tell new photographers that I am mentoring to buy.The SpyderPro is an amazingly easy tool to use. I highly recommend it to all photographers!

A very complete kit. It's time consuming to get everything fully setup and good to color calibration and print wise but fortunately it's all well organized and documented to help you get through it. If you are printing at home this is a great kits. It worked well calibrating my Oled and prints from the good old DNP printer for accuracy.It comes with it's own metal carrying case and packs it all together. This is the industry standard for a reason, and while pricey and a bitter pill to swallow it helps you reach that level of calibration and accuracy that makes the price worth it.

Product didn't come with any software. You need serial numbers to use downloaded software & product has no serial numbers. So it's impossible to use. Contacted B&H for support & I haven't received any response. Now I own a paper weight.

This is obviously a professional’s tool more than an everyday photographer, but excellent for a hobbyist. One of the biggest issues is calibrating monitors and printers to reflect accurate color reproduction and this kit easily solves that problem. For me, the most impactful part is calibrating off of my actual prints. This is where I have struggled, but no more. Very easy to use, quick, and very accurate (at least to my eye). Now that I have it, I’m not sure how I lived without it. If you are an avid hobbyist, prosumer, or pro, it’s a no-brainer piece of kit to have.

C'est simple, c'est le kit ultime pour s'assurer du bon calibrage colorimétrique d'un workflow de la prise de vue jusqu'à l'impression. C'est complet niveau hardware et software, pro et facile d'utilisation.Je l'ai testé dans un cadre "amateur" niveau matériel avec mes propres moyens hors studio.• Pour commencer, on a le Spyder Cube recouvert d'une grey et white card projetées sur lui avec une petite bille chromée sur le dessus pour le repère des highlights qui permet lors du shooting de bien faire sa balance des blancs et même ajuster une première fois l'exposition sans le sujet.• Ensuite, on a la sonde de référence Spyder Pro pour l'étalonnage des écrans, avec un logiciel simple et fiable qui permet de réussir l'étalonnage à coup sûr, j'en utilisais déjà une pour mes besoins pro.• Puis la sonde Spyder Print pour laquelle c'était ma première utilisation et qui permet à travers diverses étapes de réaliser un ou des profils sur mesure pour maîtriser au mieux les couleurs en sortie selon votre imprimante (je n'ai pas eu accès à une grosse imprimante photo pro type Canon Prograph pour tester dessus néanmoins.)Le kit n'est pas donné, mais il est fiable et pensé pour un pipeline professionnel et je ne lui connais aucune alternative.

Le fait de pouvoir calibrer l’écran (avec le SpyderPro), puis l’imprimante (avec le Spyder Print), et même avoir un outil pour s’assurer de la balance des blancs dès la capture (avec le SpyderCube) fait une vraie différence à la fin.C’est un peu comme avoir un assistant technique qui assure que ce que je vois à l’écran est ce que je vais obtenir à l’impression, sans mauvaises surprises de teintes ou de saturation.L’autre point fort est la simplicité d’utilisation. Se trata de un kit de calibración.El pack viene en un maletín metálico de excelente calidad, que permite su transporte seguro.El Spyder pro se incluye con un adaptador de tipo c a usb, pues el cable del dispositivo es tipo c. También viene un código para poder activar la aplicación tras su descarga, y poder emplearla con el dispositivo.Es un aparato de alta gama, válido a nivel profesional, capaz de medir la luz ambiente y calibrar el monitor en una gran variedad de espacios de color.La aplicación permite calibrar el monitor con un montón de opciones y configuración, ademas de una forma super rápida. Al calibrarlo crea un perfil, que se aplica automáticamente, de modo que el monitor ya puede representar los colores de la mejor forma posible.En la app también hay un modo para comprobar distintos parámetros de la pantalla, con lo que puedes tomar un punto de referencia en cuanto a representación de colores, brillo, etc…Por último hay un modo para igualar la calibración de varios monitores, para que se vean iguales.Los resultados que he obtenido han sido excelentes, y super rápido. Lo he probado con windows y Mac OS y en ambos ha funcionado perfecto.En resumen, me ha encantado, calibra la pantalla super rápido y de una forma muy precisa.En el kit también viene un cubo para definir el gris neutro de la cámara, el cual me ha parecido innovador y que funciona a la perfección.Por último, también se incluye un Spyder Print, que sirve para calibrar las impresoras con distintos tipos de papel y tinta.En resumen, con este kit puedes calibrar los 3 factores de la imagen, la cámara para la toma de la imagen, el monitor para su edición y la impresora para su impresión, permitiendo obtener imágenes con el resultado deseado.
