In 1987, American Honda commissioned DC Sports to develop a header for their SCCA prepped CRX's and the result cumulated was our first 4 into 1 header design. It was so well received that Honda requested headers for other applications. That system is the one that started it all (HHC5002). The Sport Compact Market was primarily based on popular Japanese small cars that were great cars to begin with, but also excellent platforms for various tuning modifications. Throughout the 1990s, DC Sports was synonymous with Honda and Acura performance and in the early 2000's started expanding into other sport compact platforms. DC Sports developed unique designs that performed better and therefore became the brand of choice for serious enthusiasts. DC Sports offers products for most popular sport compact vehicles. Our headers and intakes are available as CARB approved-50 states legal or race only- off road use versions. Headers are manufactured with polished T304SS stainless and/or T409SS ceramic coated for protection and finish. Intake kits come with a high flow open element filter complete with all necessary hardware for a hassle-free installation. Braces are manufactured with mild steel for strength and powder-coated for a quality durable finish and solid one-piece designs are used whenever possible to provide the maximum chassis rigidity. All parts are engineered, dyno tested for performance (where applicable). DC Sports has always been first and foremost about performance and value but there is also no other product that has the DC Sports look, feel, and quality. Bought this to upgrade the tailpipe look and it absolutely did it. Black coating looks high quality and the shape and fit make this look factory race on the car. I measured carefully and cut about 4†off the tailpipe with my sawsall to get it mounted where I wanted it. Be prepared to trial fit and make it centered on your tailpipe. Also, since it’s larger that the stock pipe you may need check clearance of the rear valence. I also hit the end of the cut tailpipe with some black heat paint so you don’t see it if you look directly into the tip.

Cheap junk. Started rusting 2 weeks after install and I haven't even driven the vehicle yet! Just sitting in my driveway and it looks terrible already!

2008 Avalon XLS - The OEM Chrome slip-on tips are not welded and one of them lost its grip with the way it is constructed so it was a needed item. They look Great on the car and albeit not a real sound enhancement, they did offer a small rumble to the V6 - Good Product for the need!

Not sure how this was made to fit, but it didn't. Looks okay, but doesn't change sound, if thats what youre looking for.

Inspiriert durch ein Youtube Video aus USA, habe ich mir diese Sport Endrohrblenden bestellt gehabt. Der Austausch der Original Blenden gegen diese verlief problemlos und war binnen 10 Minuten erledigt.

I thought this tip was huge when i first received it. It is.. but it still looks good. the overall outlet diameter is pretty large but nothing to complain about. Fits to my 2†(actually 1.5â€) exhaust pipe and i do actually believe it roars the sound a bit in a good way (if u have a good exhaust system) as it has some sort of “chamber“ on the inside. Good quality product for a exhaust tip. Came through right away and happy with how it looks. Had to get used to going from small pipe to this big tip on the end though. I will try to add a picture in here soon of mine.
