For an inexpensive fix, I was delighted!! Yes it has the little crystally thing on the end, but it’s subtle and the design is lovely plus they are flexible so you can adjust them to your liking.

I wouldn't recommend these if you have light curtains because they're on the heavy side and we'll slip off of the curtains

Very pretty but are to heavy to use on light weight curtains. So I was unable to use them. Would work well I'm sure on heavy drapes. They are very stiff and a little hard the twist apart for elderly.
