Compré este colorante en gel para hacer una torta de arcoÃris y quedé muy satisfecha con los resultados. El color es increÃblemente vibrante, incluso con una pequeña cantidad. Me encantó lo fácil que fue mezclarlo, ya que se disolvió completamente en el glaseado sin cambiar la textura. Después de hornear, los colores permanecieron intactos y no se desvanecieron, lo que me sorprendió gratamente.
