POPOVER RECIPE:
- Blend the eggs, milk, and salt in a blender. Add in flour, followed by the melted butter.
- Fill with the batter after warm up the popover pan and coat with nonstick spray.
- Bake at 430°F for 30 mins, then reduce to 350°F and bake more 10 minutes.
- Pierce the top with a pairing knife to release steam.

I really like this pan! My family loves popovers but they always stick to the bottom of our muffin tin and don’t rise much. I’ve used this pan twice and both times the rolls rose nicely and practically popped out of it. The wells are deep and non-stick. It’s a little tricky to store the pan since it isn’t as compact as a muffin tin, though.
