Works well for temperature, spacing (allowing each popover room to puff), the quality is good, easy cleanup and makes the perfect popover. Be sure to dry well after washing.

The individual cups allow the heat to penetrate and allow the popovers to rise to an incredible height. Even though it’s non stick I coated the insides with butter and glad I did because there was still a bit of sticking. Makes delicious popovers :)
