I've been using the Deep-Zen yoga support set for a few weeks now, and it has made a significant difference in my practice. The wrist support provides excellent cushioning and stability during poses, making movements much more comfortable. These blocks are great and very sturdy. Unlike many yoga blocks I’ve experienced that are squishy and soft and give when you put pressure, these hold tight similar to a cork block. The holes are nice as a grip option and storage for smaller yoga related items. Great product and add on to my yoga routine

The blocks are the best ever. It does the work and support as the traditional blocks. It's designed helps release the tension on the wrist .

Solid blocks and great quality. It feels different on the wrists from the standard yoga blocks. The knee pads are a great addition and my knees are very thankful. I was a little less impressed with the bonus strap which is not of the same quality as the blocks and pads.
