the 4x4 area is a bit larger but seem sturdy enough and angled well...would purchase again

This was my third set of these works perfect for the deer stand to steady it and keep the wind firm blowing it over

Worked for my application but the mounting hardware is small. I upgraded to bigger lag bolts. The fit on a 4x4 post is lose. I installed steel shims along side the post in the bracket.

These are great! I have 3 elevated “tree cabins†and these bracket hold the stilts up! I have had 2 using these since 2015 up and these are flawless. Just finished a 3rd for a friend using these brackets. Great product!!

The brackets are this steel, are extremely loose fitting around the 4x4. After my blind nearly toppling multiple times, we decided to lower the height to 8 ft. 1 bracket buckled and the blind fell over. I’ve set several box blinds and will never order these again. Guess I’ll have a ground blind for this season.

Works good but you need to shim they are made for true 4 x 4
