I've had multiple strokes, get dizzy and fall.Also, my fingers don't work so well. I weigh 115 pounds.Package was easy to open using scissors to pry the tabs. The stool and instructions are in the box. Easily removed.I watched several YouTube videos on how to work. Most never mention that the expanded unit needs to lock into place. This is the most important thing that you need to know or the unit can collapse. Make sure the unit locks.It looks great, the weight isn't too much for me, the carry strap is also nice. I'm happy that I got the square seat.Expanding, locking and collapsing is not easy if you've had multiple strokes or limited finger strength. It takes me several tries to open or close but it did get easier after several times. I can adjust the height if needed. Remember to pull and twist before you collapse it.It's very sturdy, doesn't try to move around and it's as comfortable as hard plastic can be. The straps are a big help.I may get a memory foam cushion and Velcro it to the bottom. Even a regular pillow would help.I must wait in a very long 2-3 hour line tomorrow. I am glad it arrived on time.I'm very pleased so far. Please watch some YouTube videos on how to work. I may make one.Forgive any typos please. I just had another eye surgery.

This stool will hold a hefty man of 400+ lbs. I was a little timid at first but it didn't disappoint me. As long as you're not twisting and turning on it... (Which makes sense, since it twists to operate) It will hold you up. It is easily capable of taking a load off your weary legs when you need a break. Nice and portable. Just don't let it get tossed around! Mine got destroyed after a nasty fall...

Great little product. Works as advertised. We use as a small table for drinks or snacks with lawn chair. Have also uses an extra seating. Carry strap very convenient when taking with you at sporting matches, kids soccer, golf tournaments, etc. Easy to open and close and use at various height settings. Like the squarer top than the round ones.

This product claims it supports 485 pounds. I weigh 185 pounds and as you can see from the pictures it completely collapsed on me. And I do not even use it daily. I probably use it for maybe 1 hour a week on average, and I have had it less than a year.I contacted the seller February 13th and did not get a response until after I sent them another message 4 days later. They offered a replacement. I said I did not want a replacement because I did not trust their product since 1 already broke on me. Imagine if I was sitting in a bad spot when it broke and it collapsing like that caused me to fall into something and hurt myself. I said I wanted a refund, they did not respond. I messaged them again and said I wanted a refund. Still no response. So finally I contacted Amazon, they looked through the chat and saw everything and sided with the seller saying because they offered me a replacement that was the only option I had and they themselves (Amazon) could not refund me, and I have to keep trying to contact the seller if I want a refund instead of a replacement. I will try that and see. It is now February 22nd, 9 days after I sent them my initial message. Let's see if I can actually get a response from this very unresponsive seller....Update on 2/28/25Seller finally responded a 2nd time. So this is their 2nd response in 15 days since my first message. 11 days after their last response, and 4 days after my last message. So over the course of 15 days I have sent them 7 messages, they have responded twice, both of which required numerous messages from me in between before they responded. Their last message all they said was: "If the return period is exceeded, no refund will be accepted".15 days, proof of a severely faulty and potentially dangerous product, 7 messages, and their response to my refund request is that very short, single sentence. No apology for their faulty potentially dangerous product (they advertise you can stand on it like a stool. Imagine if I was standing on it when it broke. I could have easily broken my ankle or a leg), no explanation for why they won't issue a refund given the circumstances. Nothing but a one sentence response.In the ad they even say: "AFTER-SALES SERVICE: Any problems can contact us in a timely manner, we have been adhering to the principle of customer first, the stool is broken, contact us will promptly replace the new for you!"Customer first? Prompt reply? Clearly this company has very different definitions for those things than what most reasonable people would.This is without a doubt the worst customer service I have experience from any retailer I have ever dealt with both in person or online.Do not buy anything from this retailer.

I bought this product for its sturdiness and it's portability.I weight 270 and it holds me up no problem.It is very easy to pull out to the maximum height and to put away. It closes up so small that it's very easy to carry.It is very sturdy.I love this product because im older and I can't walk very far and if i'm in a situation like at a festival, I can stop and pull this out and take a rest for a moment. I also use it for camping and watching my grandchildren's sports.

This stool just saved the day for us. We keep the stool in the car trunk for just in case. Have gotten it out for the grandkids on occasion but not for us (senior citizens) until today. Unrelenting heat and full on sun here. Hottest July on record. Our car suddenly broke down this afternoon but we managed to glide it into a mostly asphalt parking lot. After the trouble shooting we gave up and called a tow truck. Nothing left to do but wait. Had to wait outside so we could intercept the tow truck. Definitely not waiting in the car. Not today. Set this stool in the shade of a parking lot tree. Didn’t have to sit in the nasty soil around the tree. Stool was sturdy and didn’t wobble even in the uneven soil at the base of the tree. Easy to set up, easy to take down. Easily supported a 260 lb adult with out any complaints. In the heat, to be able to sit quietly, safely in the shade of a tree was worth every penny we paid for this sturdy, easy to expand and collapse stool.
