Needed a new toilet for a tight bathroom redo and this seemed to fit the bill. Its modern look hides the ugly bits and fits perfect. Install was straightforward. The plumber had it in quick and the seat height is spot on, though I suppose this is subjective. Dual flush is nice. Flushes like a champ. Quiet and clean every time. Only hiccup is the flush button sticks a hair sometimes. I suspect this will work itself out as it's used. For the price it’s a near-perfect swap. Being one piece less places for it to leak which is always a plus.

When Deer Valley says it's a compact toilet, they certainly aren't lying! It's the perfect Fit for my small and narrow bathroom, leaving me with space for toilet essentials.It was difficult to install though because it's heavy. The wax ring also did not make it easy considering how small the area of installation is.All in all, the design of the toilet is very sleek and it's easy to clean, which makes up for the difficult install.

Short, Sweet, Simple and to the point review. I’m very glad I ordered this toilet. I had it professionally installed by a plumber, who mentioned that the installation was a bit tricky due to the difficulty of getting their hand inside the compartment to screw the anchor nut. I really appreciate the dual-flush functionality, which allows you to choose the flush amount. It’s compact, sleek, and creates more space in my small, confined bathroom.The quality of this toilet is impressive. I love its finish and how it’s the perfect height, not too low to the ground and not too high. I can’t stop admiring how sleek and modern it looks. As unusual as it might sound, this toilet is genuinely enjoyable to look at!From the pictures, it might seem like something you’d find in a camper or RV, or an economy-level option, but in person and installed, it feels much more upscale. The included slow-close lid is a great feature, and my plumber noted that all the necessary components for installation were included, which made the process easier for him.

Handy homeowner reporting in here. I've replaces a handful of toilets and have toilets of varying ages and sizes. After doing some light renovating it was time to replace the oldest toilet in the house, which also happened to be the smallest bathroom. That means this was going in a tight space which can only be accessed by 1 person. That did make the install a bit more challenging thatn it should have been. Had I had to pick again, I may have picked a non-skirted design because getting the bolts through properly, and then bolts tightened was the trickiest part of this all with a super tight space to work in. I still would have gone with a 1 piece because it keeps it more compact, and allowed me to go with a larger bowl, on a slightly smaller footprint than the 2 piece toilet it replaced.I had some concerns about delivery, but this was packed amazingly, the only way this would come damaged is if it got dropped from a liftgate height truck.For flushing power, this has worked great, and the 2 flush options is just a bonus

We got this for an apartment we’re building in our barn. The rough-in for it has been in place for about ten years, and we’re finally getting around to actually building. This isn’t installed yet, but we’ve got it out of the box and inspected it; I’m extremely jealous. My husband didn’t want to pay (extra) for fully skirted toilets in our house, so we have traditional pain-in-the-butt-to-clean toilets with the funky side shapes and dusty bases. His attitude was that I need to have something to do in retirement. (Grr.) Anyway— this toilet comes absolutely complete— no hardware needed because the flush mechanism (dual flush, actually) is built in, the soft close toilet seat is included, and it’s perfect. I wish I had these for every bathroom in my house. I’m impressed with the quality and its all inclusiveness makes it a great deal. I have serious toilet envy of this toilet. At least there’s going to be one toilet in my life that’s easy to clean. I’m in love!Note that it’s heavy and extremely well protected in shipping. You should have a hand truck to move it around, or two pretty strong people.
