My daughter has her ears gauged on the smaller side which makes wearing regular earrings difficult. Until these were purchased. They worked beautifully and my daughter looked so beautiful with her earrings fitting perfectly and her big bright smile because she was happy! They worked great. Not sure how big or small they will work for as far as your ear being gauged but for the price they’re worth the try
