I bought this computer for future use, as my old one is not going to be able to update to Windows 11. The price seemed reasonable, and I like the 2TB hard drive that was offered. The computer actually arrived 2 days earlier than the promised date, so I was happy about that. The computer works great, and was easy to set up, and I cloned all my data from my old computer to this new one effortlessly. It is very light weight, and has a nice, compact size for a small tower.

A great computer with a great price. I've only has this for a couple of months but so far it has done everything I need it to do. It came well packaged, which I was skeptical about when I purchased it. Had no problems trying to figure out how to hook it up. It mainly did it on its own. Great features and pre-installed items that are very easy to figure out. I would recommend this to anyone!

Love the speed and storage capacity, compared to my 12 yr. old Dell. The wired mouse and keyboard work ok but not great. Purchased a Dell keyboard to replace the one supplied and will replace the weird mouse eventually. The optional SD card slot is blocked and can't be used. Windows 11 is ok but loaded with bloatware, which I removed.

I am a regular (sometimes excessive) Amazon buyer. I do my best to avoid third-party vendors. They deliver slower, stating different deliveries, and are usually late. Buy this time, on Amazon, I was sold a NEW Computer Desktop that wasn't new. I had problems transferring. I went to my computer shop, and they fixed it. Then the keyboard and mouse didn't work, and it worked on my other computers. I called Dell, and it took me 10 minutes to get someone on the phone in BFEgypt. Three people later, I was told it was an old computer with no warranty. I was more than upset. I already had an additional $187 for transferring from my old computer, which was too much for what I paid. Be careful ordering computers online. Not always new. Very disappointed.

I liked the configuration of an SSD for the operating system and a larger HDD for data. For Windows 11, I wouldn't recommend less that the 16 GB of RAM this system has. This system isn't a gaming platform but has performed well for me. It boots quickly from the SSD and has adequate storage. I use it primarily for email, browsing, word processing, spreadsheets, etc. It drives up to two monitors with the proper cabling/adapters (not included). One is HDMI and the second is Display Port. A DVD-RW is included (who still uses those?!?!).I like that the system has Windows 11 Pro since that provides a few more features. Typical home users might not need some of these "enterprise" features but they might be good to have.I think this unit has a pretty good set of features and capabilities for the price.
