How to use the seal knob?
- There is a silicone gasket between the top of the glass liner and the housing. There is also a round sealing knob at the center of the pitcher base.
- When we tighten the knob clockwise, the glass liner will be squeezed so that its top fits tightly into the Silicone gasket, achieving the purpose of sealing.
- If water leaks into the base along the glass liner,please tighten the knob clockwise.
TIPS
- The pitcher (lid) is not designed to be airtight.
- The pitcher is dishwasher safe and does not need to be disassembled.
- If the pitcher is taken apart, please reassemble it according to the instructions manual.

We purchased both models of this pitcher made by this manufacturer. There is only a slight variance and one of them can be disassembled should you want to do that for extra cleaning. They provide the same convenience of always having water or other liquids available with a lining that is eco-safe and non-toxic glass. Ice cubes can be added as well. It's easy to clean and has an added bonus of an attractive covering that protects the inner glass from breaking or shattering with normal use. It's easy to pour as well and visually attractive as it comes in various colors, as does the other model. Just what we were looking for, so we're happy with purchase and recommend it.

Read the instructions. The unit was leaking when I filled it up, the screw thing on the bottom needed to be tightened and it works fine. The top is a little hard to take off also, but I guess that's better than being too loose

Very nice tall pitcher with plastic shell. Very stylish. It is also is somewhat tall and needs to be stored in the refrigerator door since it is too tall for the main refrigerator area with a shelf. One star off because the top opening is too small to fit a hand with a sponge in to clean it when required and a sponge with a long handle is needed.

The colored parts of the container are plastic. This was very disappointing but we still kept it. Just wish I knew that up front. Very little of it is made with metal. Can’t rotate top and it only has one spout.

Its good quality but cleaning it won't be easy. You'll have to disassemble it as soap goes in to the shell.
