Easy to use provides the security that we needed for our gate. Can be a little tricky to latch. Opening is not meant for something large. These should be around for a long time.

These are really heavy duty locks. Easy to open and worked smoothly before installation. Unfortunately for us, the shape did not fit up under the configuration of our locking tabs and we could not use them. I also like that no one can get bolt cutters up into the shackle.

Love that I can set my own combination. I've had it on my outdoor storage unit for a year + - lock hasn't rusted or broken.

Quality lock for less money. I am impressed with the quality of this lock and the heavy, solid feel. I am looking forward to it protecting my gym locker for years to come.

I recently purchased this lock for my shed because I was traveling for several weeks. I opened the lock twice. Once when I set up the combination and the second time yesterday. The plastic piece that is used as a handle to open/close the lock broke while opening for the second time. Please keep in mind, I’m a woman with carpal tunnel, so I don’t have a lot of strength on my hands. The quality and durability of this item (particularly the handle) is very cheap. Now it is very difficult to open with this broken piece.The is supposed to be stainless steel, so I hope it does not rust out in the weather.

I have had 2 of these locks for a few years. I’ve never had an issue with them until today. I have kept them on our enclosed utility trailer’s ramp which we keep in a storage lot. I tried to open them today and after putting in our combination, I tried to move the plastic slide to open it and the plastic piece broke off, leaving a tiny little metal tab that I had to work very hard to get to move and open the lock. Fortunately I was able to open it. The other one worked fine but because of that plastic opening/closing piece, I cannot recommend these locks. I wouldn’t purchase them again. The only other slight issue is it’s hard to get the numbers lined up to open. The dials are a little too easy to spin and don’t stay where you want them too while trying to open the lock. This is a very minor issue. Except for the plastic piece they’ve been pretty good locks. Disappointed that I have to find other locks now without any plastic pieces.

I purchased this a year ago and it’s still holding up quite well even exposed to the elements year round, I have lubricated it twice over a year but that’s necessary with most combination locks exposed to the elements. Would buy again solid lock for price

Works as intended. I bought this to prevent anyone being able to cut the lock open, so is perfect for that. People would have to smash it open or grind it open which makes a lot of noise.The seal between the body isn't super tight though, with gaps in the crack at one end. Dubious about the construction and strength of the lock, but at this price point you can’t expect too much.
