This is a nice looking doorbell. It came in a pack of two, which is great because we needed one for both the front and back door. Good quality, does not feel cheap like most of the ones we saw at our local hardware store. Works great with out existing charm. Had it professionally installed when doors were replaced.

Love this doorbell! Not cheap plastic - nice weight. Matches the style of our doors/doorknobs. Bought 2 but had to return 1 because it was slightly too wide to fit flush against the front door trim. Had to buy something else for that door and I’m sad every time I look at it. If this fits your space you won’t be disappointed!

We re-did the complete exterior of our home, so couldn't forget a new door bell. I wanted something sleek, simple and this was it. The color matched great, it was not to large, simple design to blend right in.

The doorbell does not work, when you depress the button it doesn't cause the mechanism on the back to work. Then the button gets stuck. By the time our painting was finished our return window was closed. So now we're just out the money on a bogus product.

I was specifically looking for a black bell with black button. hard to find. The reviews on this weren't great. Namely the button kept sticking depressed and not bouncing back. I took the entire housing apart and filed down what I thought could be rubbing. Finally I figured it might be the spring. So I shoved some coconut oil down in the spring housing and that seemed to do it. (note, I had tried silicon spray and didn't seem to work). The key is to get deep into the housing. Also note, if you have the crappy flush mount existing bell, you'll have to bore a hole down into your wood to mount this as it has a deep housing.

Beautiful doorbell, works with both classic and modern decor. Was a huge upgrade to our old doorbell -- looks high-end and modernized our exterior entryway. Highly recommended!

First one that arrived did not work, but seller replaced even though we were past the return window when discovered. Nice look and price.
