Used for what they were intended. I fall, they protect my elbows. They fit a little snug but I'm between sizes and choose down rather than up. They vent well enough. The material is strong and have that elastic band if you needed. The padding is awesome. No transfer through on impact.

I’ve worn these for about 500 trail miles. My first big crash while wearing them occurred not long ago. Big endo off a six-foot drop, directly onto a slab of bare rock. My forearms and knees took the brunt of the impact, and my helmet was smashed by my bike when it landed on top of me. I walked away completely unscathed. These pads stayed in place during the crash, and don’t have a mark on them afterwards. They’ve been very comfortable to wear over the hundreds of miles of fun, uneventful riding preceding the incident described above. I used the sizing chart provided and they fit great. Awesome product.

After exploding my elbow (5 pieces, 2 plates and 12 screws to fix, permanent), and 2 years after this freak accident, I decided to ride a gain at 56. They looked the best in the pictures: just covering the elbow, had a CE marking, so I ordered them. I tried them on as soon as delivered and tested the protection on the granite of my kitchen countertop, gently at first and really hard -like in a fall- it's quite impressive. I went on a 23 mile ride, sweaty, but in the action I could not feel them, they are that comfortable. I confirm comments and advice, they fit small, order a size up. I can't tell if they will last, but initial value is great and all stitches look good.

As a Muay Thai coach I’m always on the lookout for new & better gear! For some reason not a single combat sports brand has been able to produce satisfactory, high quality elbow pads that don’t slip. These are thick enough to throw some power in sparring while still allowing good mobility due to the very thin fabric at the crease of the elbow. THESE ARE BY FAR THE BEST ELBOW PADS & NEARLY PERFECT FOR COMBAT SPORTS!!!

Great deal for the money a little bulky I have to say but, is better to be safe than sorry the velcro is good quality, I mean the whole pad is.I had just a few felts in a mountain bike trail and they're solid.

I absolutely love the knee pads but these elbow pads don't fit as well. They are real tight on the bicep and loose on the fore arm. They will hold up in a crash and protect you really well but they just are as comfortable as I expected. Honestly, after and hour or so of riding I don't notice them as much but still...

Good design and quality construction. Fits well and is made in Vietnam (not made in china).
