Purchased the valve for my bead blaster. The original valve was brass and when I went to tighten it up, I broke it. Purchased this one and had no problems tightening it up so the air didn't leak. Works as it should. I would purchase again.

Well-made valves, although pretty restrictive flow rate, the ball's orifice diameter may not even be a 1/2" which will slow the water flow considerably being a 3/4" valve.

First off the funky way they did the valve packing (im a 3rd generation union pipefitter/plumber for last 17 years) im 38 so yeah ive been working w my family for a while and seen alot) anyways unless the nut on the handle is cranked so tight you can barely turn it itll stop leaking. 2 out of the 4 I bought leaked. The other issue is the NPT threads, when they tapped them their machines is either way off spec of uncalibrated. They are way overcut (the internal diameter is too large) I literally bottomed out properly cut 1" nipples I machined on our pipe machine a very $$ expensive one too (I cut on the machine to spec, which is 3 turns by hand into a proper NTP fitting before you need a tool/ you feel friction, if anyone doesnt know that). I literally had to set the pipe machine up to make the threads off-spec or larger just so they wouldnt leak. Most people dont have access to a pipe machine and yes I tested with nipples I purchased from Furgeson, same thing. Get you S together, then again their cheap and when theres a supply shortage you got to do what you got to do. My $1 opinion
