I’m a welder fabricator and use this to pry plates apart upon them being delivered , I’ve pried 120 inch by 76 inch by 11 gauge plates apart no problem! It’s a nice little pry bar!

A cross between a cats paw and flat bar, the best feature is the dimpler, which will keep you from mangling the wood when you need to pull nails. If you want a pry bar, this is too short to give you much leverage. It will work on light to medium duty prying, nothing more.

The DeWalt 12†Claw Bar Grip is a dependable tool that gets the job done. The grip is comfortable and provides excellent control, even during tough demolition tasks. The claw design offers great leverage, making it easy to remove nails or pry apart materials without much effort.The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it’s a bit heavier than expected for its size, which can make extended use a bit tiring. However, the quality and performance are top-notch. Overall, a great addition to any toolbox!

I used this tool on my older deck boards that had nails that I couldn't get out without tearing up the wood. It worked wonderfully and saved my deck boards. Without it, I would have had to pry the boards up destroying some of them. Lots of the nail heads weren't round anymore, so this tool made it easier. It was still hard work taking hundreds of nails out, but this tool saved me time and money.

If you want to pull a 16 penny nail from a 2-by without creating a big mangled spot around the nail head, then this tool is for you. The round protrusion near the head, when pounded into wood around the nail head, an indentation around the nail head allows for the insertion of the pulling fork(?) under the nail neatly. Try it, you'll like it.

Usually love dewalt. Arrived with one claw significantly shorter. Rubber grip slid right off first day of use.

Does exactly what it says, the rubber grip takes a nice bit of the shock out so your hand doesn’t feel the blow
