I am an almost 70 year old female and was assembling upright planters. When they were done the things did not drain right. I figured that I had two choices, return them (but I wanted to plant) or fix them....somehow. I had nothing that helped so I ordered these. I am SO glad I did. I added drain holes to all of my planters easily (Also thankful for my Dewalt drill). But it did not stop there. I have these huge plastic planters that have never drained right and so I was not using them. Now they have more drain holes and great plants as well. I have found so many uses for these all of which I am guessing the normal purchaser would not use them for but super glad they are in my toolbox now. Arrived super fast, well packaged, just as described.

I can't say much about how long they last, but they were sharp and seem to be well made. I bought them primarily because they don't have a screw tip. I have had problems with that type of bit in my drill press pulling the wood.

These are very sharp and cut easily through heavy timber without issue. I cannot recommend them enough really. But not exactly sure what else to say about them.

Every workshop should have a basic set of spade bits such as this. This type enables the greatest control over drilling a hole into wood and does it accurately and carefully. In that respect they are an advantage over those with a screw end that are fast, but rough and often become stuck in the material. That is the reason these are worth more than the other kind that on the surface seem to be more efficient.

Son de muy buena calidad, a simple vista se observa que tiene buen filo y al usarlas mucho mejor, ademas tienen encastre exagonal de 1/4, una ventaja porque mi taladro no pudo con las brocas de 7/8 y 1 pilgada, entonces se puede usar el atornillador de impacto, la punta es afilada y no tiene rosca como las daredevil de Bosch, que perforan con mayor facilidad, pero por el precio y la promocion fue una excelente compra
