I needed a 90 degree adapter to install brackets inside a "can" light and my old adapter was to big and would not work. After checking out a number of options this adapter from DeWalt seemed to be the best option. I was not wrong. It worked like a charm and saved the day. It is well constructed and can be used with an included handle and an extension. The instructions were pretty much non-existent but it was easy to figure everything out. I would have appreciated a small storage bag to keep the three pieces together in my tool box but that is a minor gripe. I highly recommend this adapter to anyone needing one.

Fantastic device to have. Worth the extra money over cheaper alternatives, I promise you. I've tried a couple and this was the best; It didn't break the first time I used it!

This is a useful DIY tool, would die in a day on a job sight. The 90 is usable with handle but the extension doesn't connect with the handle. The plastic connections are not he best, recommend for light, at home use.

Please excuse a little bit of a rant.I can never understand why people would complain about well thought out features that greatly enhance a product without taking the time to figure out how it works. This product is a perfect example. When using a stubby bit, it sticks out just enough to slip on a screw head. The screw is held very nicely by magnets. This arrangement Allows working in the tightest possible spaces. With any right angle attachment the driving torque is at right angle to the screw, so it is necessary to hold the driver with one hand and hold the right angle attachment with the other hand. Having the screw held on by magnetism is an excellent feature - your third hand. The complaints about removing the bit from the tool are groundless. Simply take one of your screws and poke into the hole in the back of the tool-head and the bit will pop right out.All of these features are well thought out to make the tool easy to use and able to fit into a minimal space. I can’t even imagine the frustration I would have trying to place a screw in a tight area without the magnetic holding feature.I spent the extra few bucks for the 2 in 1 version and I’m glad I did. It has more uses for sure.BTW, the build quality is very good, and it easily handles impact driving. I expect to use it a lot for a long time.

I use this everyday. The quality is great. I use it with an impact drill and have no problems with it. The magnet strength is nice. I do admit that i haven't used the separated smaller portion of the tool. Amazon had the best price on this tool also.

Okay, this works well, and can fit into a tight space. Tight enough that the drill body offset (photo) counts. As do the length of bits, shorten drill bits as needed. Used standard screwdriver bit (#2 Robertson - square drive) to access screws 12 inches inside a 75 mm wide slot, worked very nicely. Not intended for heavy duty work or all day work. In wood, I wouldn't use this for more than 1" drill bit. Drill lightly with controlled feed. Not for busting lug nuts on the car!Well made good tool, small and I like it!
