This pump is fantastic for those with kerosene heaters. After spilling half a gallon of fuel due to those awful compliant fuel can spouts, I sprung for this. The automatic shutoff works flawlessly and it gets ALL of the fuel out of a 5 gallon can if you tilt it back a little. Pumps very quickly and the narrow nozzle fits into the filler hole for kerosene heaters. Doesn't eat batteries like I thought it would. This is a must have!

This pump is a real back saver. Holding a 5 gallon can of gas to fill my mower (now snow plow) was a real strain on my back. I've had operations and that aggravated it.ONE caveat! be sure to have an older gas can. The newer ones sold have a slightly smaller diameter and the pump will not insert into the can. I have two new ones from different manufacturers that have the new restrictive input guard (easily removed), but the pump will not insert into either.Fortunately I have two of the older 5 gallon cans and the pump fits just like described..It really is a super auto-shutoff back saving pump. I am really pleased with how well it works.HmS

I was afraid this device would be difficult to use, but it is so easy! It works quietly and quickly to move the gasoline. I was unable to see when my riding mower was full and was worried about it overflowing. This transfer pump stops when the tank is full. No more getting gas on my hands, either.

If you have ever tried to use a gas can with the childproof, adult-proof, everyone-proof nozzle, you will appreciate this electric hand pump. Our friend saw us on the side of the road struggling with the above mentioned can and whipped out this miracle pump. After my husband sawed off the nozzle, the fuel transfer was fast and easy and the hose was long enough that we didn't have to lift that 500 pound can! Since we had no idea that such a marvel existed, I immediately ordered one for emergency use. I ordered the pump that included the 51 inch hose. We have not had the opportunity (thank heavens) to use our own, but I'm happy knowing we have it.

The auto transfer pump for gasoline or diesel is fast and easy. With 51†hose there is no more lifting cans to add fuel to equipment!Best value for the price. Standard batteries will pump over 100 gallons!The pump would not fit into (1of6) five gallon cans that I have. Opening must be at least a minimum of 1.25†diameter through fill port to main tank to get pump into container.

Very nice product , easy to use , well designed , don’t spill a drop of gas , I use on my boat, much easier than trying to hold an inverted 5 gallon can of gas as it drains into to boat , also excellent for gas yardtools

If you have back issues like me then this pump might be a great addition to your garage. Worked well for fueling my zero turn mower first time. It's easy to use and all you need is 4 AA batteries. Same price as going to the chiropractor and no pain> I am very happy with this purchase

Works well but there is a VERY strong gas smell because it doesn't seal properly with the gas can. Not as universal a fit as I was hoping. Will try another gas can but defeats the purpose a bit.

I recommend this little pump. Just got back from our hunting trip. Filling Atvs, trucks, and generators has never been so effortless. All the guy’s thought this pump was fantastic. No more lifting heavy jerrycans of fuel and with the auto shutoff feature you just turn it on and walk away. Four double A’s lasted the two week trip filling four ATV’s everyday plus etc.
