Worked like a charm. Only thing is when you do cylinders 5 and 7 the fit is too narrow for the tool. I just heated mine up and bent it away from the forked end. Tool still worked fine and I actually felt I had more leverage.

Worked well..Not much to say on a simple tool,.Was going to just make my own or use a wire, but it’s sturdy and doesn’t bend easy. With that, all the connectors were removed without damage. A few took some good pull to pop loose, but the tool gave them support for the removal..

I ended up using a piece of # 14 AWG Stranded wire instead of this tool on most of the glow plug connectors on my 2004 6.0L ford F350. there are some places where I couldn't get the leverage. Even after I removed the inner fender wells and soaked them with WD40 over night to loosen up the o-rings, the wire was easier. I have to say, though, I don't think the glow plugs were ever replaced by the previous owner, the truck has over 315k miles on it. Of course, your "mileage" may vary on your engine.

This is a nice little tool to help you with taking your Glow plugs out. I have a f350 2006 Ford. You still have to figure different ways to pull some of the plug wires but this tool helped.

Be careful, the harness may break, it did on mine. Age and heat cause it, not the tool.

Does not fit around glow plug harness on 2003 Ford 6.0L - way too small. Should be specified in description that tool won’t work on early model 6.0 liters. Used a pair of pliers instead.
