How the Martingale Works?
The harness with a Martin loop structure utilizes physical to gently apply pressure to your dog's chest through the leash.
The larger loop is slipped onto the dog's chest and a leash is then clipped to the D-ring on the smaller loop. When the dog tries to pull, the tension on the leash pulls the small loop taut, which makes the large loop smaller and tighter on the chest, thus preventing escape.

This harness was recommended by our trainer. Our pup is a shepherd mix and was pulling quite a bit from the start. The harness is very well made. It has padding in the handle and the buckles are made of a strong plastic. We love the front clip and back clip option. Our puppy is still learning the front clip but immediately has been improving with her walking. The color is just as stated. It has many spots to adjust for the perfect fit. We have not had pulling issues anymore and it is very easy to use.

I love this harness for my big dog. I have struggled to find something that gives me control, is comfortable for her and is escape proof.This harness checks off all the boxes and it's super cute too. My dog is very comfortable and since this harness is light weight (but heavy duty, don't ask me to explain lol) she can wear it during hotter expeditions and I find that she's much more comfortable.The martingale clip is perfect too for working on her leash skills. She definitely still pulls but I am way more in control now.I got her a M since they stated their sizing runs larger. It fits like a gem. For reference my dog is: 46lb, pittie mix, Chest 28in, Neck 20inUpdated to add: the harness has been through pool parties, hikes and general wear and we have had zero issues. Still has sturdy as ever and my dog is actually excited to wear her harness now.

My dog has used this harness since she was a puppy. I tried others and she could back out of them. This one is secure and fits well. The buckles are a bit confusing at first but once you know how it goes together it is fine.

Overall this is a good harness. However, be aware that if you have an odd shaped dog the fit is tricky and it is NOT escape proof. My puggle can back right out of this if he chooses. The adjustment buckles slide while wearing and loosens the fit. The size small is too small and the medium is just a bit big. When the buckles slide, he's off to the races.Love the back handle and the padding. I also like that he doesn't fight putting it on.Hopefully, when he fills out a bit the fit will improve.

The size 4 fits out 6 month standard poodle mix perfectly and there is plenty of room for her to grow. I love this design and especially appreciate the handle for moments when I need to quickly get control or redirect when we’re on walks.

So far this harness is working well and my dog seems comfortable in it. It can get tricky when figuring out how to strap it on your wiggly puppy but once it’s on you’re good.

We have absolutely loved this harness for our 75lb doodle who pulls! She is comfortable in it and we feel like we have that extra bit of control when we’re able to grab the handle on her back.

After buying the S/M and M ones for my Hungarian vizla the S/M fit's perfect returned the M one and was refunded same day plenty room for her to even wear over winter fleece she walks perfectly on it with lead attached to the Martine Gail part off the harness at the front no more pulling nice soft padded harness dose not rub dog's skin highly recommended this harness for dogs that pull on leash.

Yes my dog does still pull BUT a huge difference to other harnesses I've tried. I am still using it which says a lot...
