I used this larger pully (the original pulley was 11") to slow down the fan speed on the swamp cooler for my workshop.It worked perfectly making the fans High setting a lot more usable.I did want to mention, this pulley had quite a bit of run-out causing the pully to wobble, but it really didn't effect the operation of the fan or make any excessive noise.

I built rock/dirt trommel and this pulley is the second in the speed reduction. It has approx 3/16" side run-out but is fine for my needs. Axle bore keyway cut are great. Would buy again if needed.
