Seems to seal well, but the results are not too pretty! The tape in this kit it NOT easy to work with. There is a video on YouTube for using this kit, watch it, but don’t expect perfection. When good enough works this is the kit for you. Expensive for the outcome. I wish I would have just resealed with new butyl tape then caulked with ProFlex RV.Update 10/23This kit held up well till now. The felt tape and caulk started to peel a little after 5 years. It was starting to get ugly. I was worried it would start letting water in. I left the corner trim on all sides and caulked over the corner kit with Proflex RV. It took two tubes. It wasn’t easy, but the results look good. I caulked the windows on this camper 5 years ago with Proflex and it’s holding up well.

1 year old and it’s all dried out and crumbles apart. Don’t bye this product. WASTE OF TIME. The original RV sealant last longer (8 years). When putting DICOR crap on I had to scrap still pliable RV sealant off. Big mistake.

A marine and rv company should know everything there is to know about caulk and sealant, including the fact that sealants have expiration dates because they cure in the tube over time. BZB Marine & RV sent us the Dicor kit with every tube expired from a YEAR before and the caulk was so far gone that we couldn't squeeze it out of the tube! Totally unprofessional. If you decide to take the chance on a purchase from them, be warned to check the expiration dates on your materials so you don't get screwed and have half your camper torn apart only to find out you don't have working product.

All six tubes of the caulking was dried up. I got a refund. I also purchased a corner seal kit. I received instructions for a window seal kit. The instructions are quite different. I highly recommend you avoid this vendor at all costs he delayed my project by weeks.

It was supposed to have 6 tubes of caulking and we only received 5. Disappointed about that.
