1、Audio cable must be connected to USB power supply to work!Only digital optical signals can be converted into analog signals, irreversible!
2, this product is equipped with a 3.5mm female to female connector is a 3-core connector, can not be used with a 4-core headphone plug match.
3, The connected speaker must be an active speaker,there is no self-amplifier function of the old speakers, to access the amplifier, otherwise the sound will be very small or even no sound output. (Any audio conversion line is a signal transmission line, its signal current can only directly drive the headphones).
4, speakers and headphones should not be connected to the audio line at the same time, otherwise the speaker will have no sound.
5, please keep the light port clean, do not overbend the optical fiber, the first use, plugging and unplugging is relatively tight, please pinch the plug, do not force pull the fiber.
6, this product is applicable to most smart TVs on the market, very few models of TVs correctly connected to the audio cable if there is no sound output, please try to refer to the "Figure 6" settings on this detailed page, if there is still no sound output then it may not be compatible with your TV.
1. The cable is incompatible with 5.1Channel Signal such as Dolby AC3, please set the audio output to PCM or LPCM .
Step :
Home page -> system settings > picture and sound >
voice settings -> digital audio output -> PCM / LPCM .
2. If it is a Panasonic TV , set the TVs audio output to SPDIF output .
3. if it is a Samsung TV , switch on your extermal speakers : menu -> sound -> speaker setup -> external speakers > on .

I recently purchased a Bluetooth adapter for my LG tv so I could use my AirPods with it but unfortunately older LG tv’s only have the digital audio output so I couldn’t hook up the adapter. Luckily this product worked perfectly with my Bluetooth adapter and I’ve been able to use my AirPods with my TV now. I haven’t noticed any audio cutting out or any delay so far so I’m quite pleased with this. The only negative with this is that if I want to adjust my tv volume I have to do it directly from the Bluetooth adapter, but that’s a minor issue and it might be a fault with the Bluetooth adapter. Just something to watch out for if that could be an issue for you. Other than that it’s a little expensive for an adapter but it feels quality enough and there’s not really many alternatives lol so I can’t really complain.

I found them of goodength but volume cannot be adjusted via remote or on the converter wires. I need to now buy volume control headphones because the TV remote won't control them they areoud and ok quality sound no static.

This is a very good cable, but you cant turn down the volume? i hooked it up to my tv and it played MAX volume no matter what!

I bought this to plug my headphones into my computer's digital audio out port. There really is no setup, just plug everything in and go. But once I did that, there was this constant humming and crackling in the background. I checked everything on the computer but the only thing that fixed it was unplugging the cable. Seems like the digital to analog converter on this cable is either bad or just poor quality. I also had the same problem that other's reported with the volume being maxed out and I can't change it.

Lo adquirà para conectar unas bocinas Bose con una TV Samsung y no funcionó. Seguà las instrucciones sin resultado favorable. Regresaré a la opción de Bluetooth y por un menor precio.
