Well not exactly. I only really needed something that would turn a heat lamp on and off and an ultraviolet light, so I guess the humidity sensor is a bonus. This is one of the only timed/thermostat based switches I could find online and so far it has been working great for my coral snake.

I've been running this controller for a few weeks since moving my cornsnake up to a bigger enclosure, and I'm quite happy.I currently have two heat emitters running. One of them is on a dimmer switch, but running all the time, the other is plugged into this controller. It keeps the tank temperature nice and even and provides a good temperature gradient.I don't have an active humidity control system, because I don't expect to need it for a good part of the year, but I do have a small light (like a nightlight, but without the light sensor) plugged into the humidity controlled outlet. This gives me a visual alert when the tank humidity drops and then I can manually mist.I do not currently have anything plugged into the time controlled outlet, but I'll probably put some LED strips on there at some point.Setup is easy and reasonably intuitive. I lost the instructions and it didn't really matter. The display is nice and clear. I like that it lights up when you're pushing buttons, but then the backlight turns off after a short time.It doesn't have the fancy PID functions of some of the more expensive controllers, but it's simple, well-built, and works. I think it's a very good controller for the price point.I'm considering setting up another reptile enclosure soon, and will likely grab another one of these when I do.

This Reptile Temperature and Humidity controller with Timer is a work-and-time saver for your reptiles, amphibians, etc. I liked it so much that I picked up another one to use with my gourmet mushrooms. It works perfectly and has improved my reptile and mushroom maintenance while saving me a lot of time and work. Highly Recommended!

I used this to test out a home brew hydroponic tent. The device worked great, the tent not so much. It was easy to set up, seemed to be accurate, and I didn't have any problems. When I get a better tent, I'm going to mount this inside and not worry about humidity or temp. The only issue I have, and I expect it's me, is that I think setting up the clock and related functions are a bit tedious. However, once set, it's just works.

I did not expect much when I first got it but this thing is amazing. The things that I love about it, well there is a lot. The screen is very easy to read, but a little more difficult looking at it from a weird angle which is not a problem to me. I love that the screen works but disables backlighting after some time because if it's in a bedroom, I would hate having to tape the screen just so it's not annoying me at night which I had to do with other thermostats. The temperature and humidity seem to be pretty accurate comparing to my Bluetooth Govee hydrometer which is known to be very accurate for the price. The third outlet is also nice to have and works great, but I prefer using a separate, smart plug or smart outlet to control the schedule for my reptile lighting. The design is nice and accessing the settings and chaning something is very intuitive.
