This is by far the best weighted belt I have ever used. I thought it was going to slip off of my waist but it didn't. I didn't even adjust it to make it tighter. When the weight is on it, the belt stays around my waist without falling. This is nice because I can step in and out of it quickly. It's also comfortable and doesn't pinch or dig into your waist. The build quality is great. For reference my waist is 32".

Great belt, buy this one. I bought 2 others here and kept this one. This belt is double-lined and legit heavy-duty, without being too heavy. Easily holds 25# and 45# plates. Chain length is just right, not too long, not to short. This belt is strong, comfortable, and durable if you drop your body 2-3' after a set.

Very thick, comfortable, and seems to be sturdy. The only negative is that it's on the smaller side, and the chain isn't very long. If you're a bigger guy and want to use 45s, you're going to need a little longer chain.

This belt is perfect for weighted dips and pull ups, it allows me to add any weight I choose and holds it firmly. It provides good support and your back and is very sturdy.

This dip belt is very comfortable and sturdy. I use this as a beginner to calisthenics and needed something to lift weights with. I like that it supports heavy weights. (I use 25 lbs) it wraps around the waist perfectly even on the smaller end. I use it mainly for dips and pull ups. I’m very happy to make this purchase. Big kudos for including the hook and chain. Everything was versatile.

As a beginner using this product it was very easy to set up and put around my waist. At first I thought it was gonna slip off my waist when i putted the weight on, but it had no slippage at all. You can trust to put heavy weight on this belt. I would say that it sits nicely on your waist and will not budge. At first it might seem to slip off but once you actually hang doing pull ups or dips it does not budge at all. Overall, this is a great product and would love to recommend it to beginners or to anyones who are looking for a weighted pull up/dip belt.
