I bought these for fun process art for my preschool class and they worked awesome. The colors are bright and fun and they are super durable. I am sure they would serve their original purpose just well, however, they make awesome splat art!

Since we live in the country, an occasional fly will make its way into the house. The design and colors of these swatters are fun, but they are not very sturdy. For the occasional gentler swat, they will work, but if someone needs to use these often and maybe has a bit of a heavier swat, they may break easily.

I purchased these fly swatters to use with my students in a unit we are doing around the Fly Guy books. We used them to "hit" or "miss" a Fly Guy picture on the board. They thought it was great fun. They loved being able to pick a color and the hand shape made is super cute. The fly swatters are just sturdy enough for the job (and for really swatting flies), but flexible enough to not hurt if one of my students accidentally gets hit. And the price was right for this speech-language-pathologist who has no supply money.

Twas a hot afternoon these rainbowed beauties showed up. I was sorely lacking the ability to kill those bottersome winged beast. After hours of battle the bloody massacre of thy kitchen had came to it's tiresome conclusion. I felt titch of boredom upcoming, and I thought "BRILLIANT!" I rushed to grab the pink beauty I raised above my head and proclaimed "I have it!" I rushed outside and without hesitation I plunged they truthy weapon deep in to the depths of the bottom pit of... The bellybutton. Proudly I yell to thy massed "I have a fly swatter in my bellybutton!!!" I begin to slaughter thy neighbor's and everyday peasents on the boulevard. Until, down from the valley a topless prince arrived with a yellow beauty pressed deep into his bellybutton. The battle raged on for nearly 15 seconds until my pink weapon was ripped my bellybutton and plumited towards the earth. I gaze down at my fallen weapon to see it remained in one piece to my surprise this weapon shall live antoher day. In my humble opinion...it's a pretty good and study fly swatter.
