Good fly swatter. Very inexpensive but works fine.

Who knew that buying a 5-pack of plastic fly swatters would turn my house into a buzzing coliseum of kid-powered competition? These swatters are everything you could ask for: lightweight, sturdy, and long-handled for optimal reach. They're like the Excalibur of bug-slaying tools but without the annoying sword-maintenance part. Now my kids have declared an all-out war on flies, complete with a scoring system. There's a bonus round for "airborne takedowns" and penalties for breaking a swatter (which, by the way, hasn’t happened yet—these bad boys are durable). The house has been declared a "no-fly zone," and I’m genuinely impressed by their commitment to the cause. What’s better is that these swatters come in different colors, so each kid can claim their weapon of choice. It’s like giving them lightsabers but way cheaper and infinitely more practical. Flies beware—you don’t stand a chance against the Swatter Squad! In conclusion: these swatters are effective, entertaining, and a perfect way to channel my kids' boundless energy into something vaguely productive. 5 stars for making bug-swatting a full-contact

It takes getting used to these fly swatters. They are flexible and will bend a lot while swatting. Also, the head is plastic, and it will eventually crack apart. But they are cheap, so you do get your money's worth. The get enough speed, you need to hit them while accelerating. You can't flick your wrist and expect to tap them like you're throwing a jab. It flexes too much so it won't generate enough whip action, meaning it will be too slow on impact. You need to follow through and slam them with full force. This means you need to wait until they land on something sturdy, like a counter surface. If you hit it while it lands on your fine bone China teacup, your will probably crack the cup or saucer. And if the fly lands on your wife's arm, then she's going to be really angry, especially if you miss the fly and she thinks you were aiming for her. You know what I mean.If you do want to stiffen the handle, then you can wrap it with a couple layers of duct tape. Wrap the whole handle really tight.

If you know how a fly swatter works, then you know how these works. Ive used 1 blue one to tackle lanternfly nymphs. It did not break. They dont appear to be of spectacular structure, but I didnt pay much, and think they're of value to have available. I suspect if I used enough force to crush a fly in steel armor, that my adult human force could smack it hard enough to crack off a corner... but so far, so good.

Just your typical fly swatters made of plastic. Didn’t pay a whole lot for them so if they end up breaking it’s not a big deal.

They are fly swatters, they serve their purpose but they are a little flimsy. If you hit a particularly fat fly, or swat too hard the swatter part will break off some...but then you still have 4 more.
