So this is a nice belt, a lot of range in adjustability, and a fantastic mounting system, the last thing you want is to be stuck on something, or hook your belt on something, and be unable to free yourself, and the buckle itself will pull off with enough force, it's not crimped down on both sides. However, that doesn't mean it won't hold on very well. it takes a bit of force to get it to slip. That being said the clasp holds pretty tight and is easy to do and undo. The belt itself has more room so you can load it up with twice as many weights, but comes with about 4-5 lbs worth of weight overall. And with the extra space you can adjust where you place them on your sides or back.But for the love of god WATCH OUT for the pinching hazard, if you're trying to do and undo the buckle with bare hands you can easily catch a chunk of meat in this thing and I gave myself a pretty good mark and thankfully nearly avoided a pretty nasty blood blister. so be cautious of the pinch hazard and beyond that there's really nothing to complain about. This will work great and I'm excited to put it to use.

My weight belt was on its last leg, so I needed a new one, and this fits the bill perfectly. I really like that the pouches allow me to add more weight as needed. The included weights are great, and the belt fits me perfectly.The quick-release mechanism works really well—it holds securely and releases easily when needed.

This dive belt appears to be well-made with sturdy construction and a secure quick-release buckle. I was initially drawn to the color options, but unfortunately, only one color was available for delivery due to postal service restrictions. It's a bit odd that some colors are restricted, and I do not understand why these things happen. I haven't had the chance to go scuba diving yet, but this belt looks like it would be a great addition to my gear. The weight pockets seem secure, and the adjustable size should fit comfortably. I'm looking forward to putting it to the test on my next dive! Obviously, this review is based on initial observations and may not reflect the actual performance of the product. I will update as I actually am able to test out fully.

We ordered this belt for the weights. The small 1 pound weights are perfect and deserve 5 stars. I gave the whole package 4 stars due to the belt. The clasp is very difficult to close and may loosen up over time.

This style of dive belt is great for using any type of weight. It has a traditional belt and buckle style with four separate pouches sewn to the belt. There are no instructions included so maximum recommended weight per pouch is not provided.The pouches allows you to position your weights where you need them. However, the pouches are a little slim so I had difficulty getting two 2lb weights in each pocket. Also, there's no way to cinch the pouches to stop the weight from shifting inside them. The pouches have a good-quality mesh so they are strong and do not retain water. The velcro closures on the pouches are good quality.The belt size is somewhat adjustable, but not intended for very large or very small people. The four 1.1 lb weights have a silicone coating that's solid, thick, smooth, and attractive. They can be used on the strap of this belt or others, or can be used in the pouches.

I ordered this dive belt, because I have another one that my weights keep falling out of. I ordered this one thinking it was a belt where the belt slips through the weights, however, these weights need to go into the bags that are stitched onto the belt (not removable). The Velcro seems to be strong, and it will work to stick the weights that come with the belt into the bags, I was just thinking it was a different style. I guess I should have looked a bit more closely!
