The electronics do Not work Properly (the 3 batter sensor group; only 1 works). There is No Phone number or any other way listed on the box or the instruction manual to contact anyone for help or replacement of defective parts. I found a video revue from a person with the exact same problems; of course it was after I built the pinball machine. The other problem is putting the pieces together takes a lot of force from your hands and fingers, even the little hammer did Not help that much. All those hours to assemble and it does Not work properly (So, Very Disappointing). I would Not recommend this for anyone.

This Star wars pinball machine is pretty dang cool!! A must have for a star wars fan. I will say that it is not the easiest thing to assemble, but once done it is definitely worth it.ALSO! Make sure that you check all of the parts before attempting to build this. Sometimes the circuit boards will come damaged or screws missing. SO MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR PARTS BEFORE ASSEMBLY!!Other then that it's and awesome pinball machine and i highly recommend it. 5 stars and two thumbs up on this one.

I am up to page 10 and already several pieces that have snapped or are not holding together well. The glue that came with it was exposed to air and formed a ball of glue. I am fearful of continuing the build knowing how the back half fits together.

Expect to invest at least 15h in assembly. Lots of small and fragile parts, so be very careful.

Fantastic electronics and lighting. Challenging but doable assembly. Fun to play. Great project for 80 yr old grandfather and 13 yr old grandson.

I had a problem with having a gash on one of the wooden panels. Their customer support was very helpful in resolving the problem I had with this pinball machine.

Kit was packaged with missing parts (Part "P1" - motor L-shaped metal brackets). Kit cannot be assembled without them
