I am using this product for personal use. It works great. I Really Love It!!!! After I continue to use it and get more familiar with all the components, I plan to upgrade.

Product came in good condition, though one battery seems to be damaged and not wanting to charge. DJI makes a great drone. Problem with this comes from the seller. Of the 3 batteries sent to me as part of the sale, only one of them is operating. One doesn’t charge or even work in the drone, the other even after updating its firmware and being fully charged errors out. This battery doesn’t match the others completely. Looks like it’s from another model possibly, I don’t know, but it doesn’t work. I would recommend buying a DJI but not from this company.

I bought this renewed drone thinking it would save a little money and worked as a new one would. It wasn't paired like a new one would have been. I followed directions perfectly to pair over and over with no success. Technical support didn't help pairing it as it was same as I already tried. Now to send this back I have to pay shipping costs to send a defective item back to company. Never have I would of experienced this buying something through Amazon. Do not recommend buying through this company.Update: I paid $60 to send this back and they reimbursed one penny while they say they would reimburse up to $25.So, I lose money trying to save money by buying refurbished. This has NEVER happened before buying other products. There is no way they test flown this and it work. Just unbelievable and surprised nobody from this company reached out.

The motor on the camera over heated and the drone fell to the ground. I had insurance on it but I decided since it was a renewed drone I would see if they would replace/fix it. Make it right. They agreed to the return but didn't tell me that they would charge a $350 restocking fee. Why would they restock a broken drone. I have said it before Amazon is let these third party sellers give them a bad name.
