I ended up returning it. It felt too flimsy and cheap. I ended up buying the GoPro Hand + Wrist Strap; it’s a way better quality one.

The first day I got it, I popped it on the hand harness. It felt good at first but then started to rub so after about 30 minutes I had to take it off. But in that 30 minutes, of me driving and walking, the camera ball fell off twice. It's cheap plastic and unscrews itself. The second time it fell, it scraped the crap out of the camera. I put it on a third time but used the wrist strap. Same result, as the ball is used for both. Who knows where it went.I paid $50 to lose a $600 camera walking on the street. You've been warned.
