The stand and spine are metal and therefore sturdy enough to live if you somehow knock it onto the floor. The pages also are heavy duty and look ready to last. I like the way you can start with one spine and expand to 3. It is very heavy, but to me this is an advantage as it is not easy to knock over or disturb from its location unlike other brands which are plastic and unsteady. I know we're all going digital but sometimes this kind of reference is very handy.

I used to have papers tacked all over my cubicle walls with information I had to be able to access within seconds. Now it is all neatly organized in the desktop reference display and my walls are clean and neat! The ONLY reason I did not give this 5 stars was because the pages are not anti-glare and can be a little hard to read depending on how the lighting is. Otherwise, I love it.

I will have this document holder from now until I retire from teaching! It is exactly what I wanted and it was at the best price! I did my research. It's a great tool for organizing papers you use everyday and want readily available and don't want to plaster them all over a bulletin board.

Price was right. Not much out there to choose from that wasn't real expensive or decent. Not pretty, but works great.

Of course I love this...I have another by another company that I love, also. The advantage to this one is that it is expandable. Not too many out there are. I can expand to as many as 30 double-sided pockets, making 60 pages!! This starter is 10 pockets.I use this to organize user names and passwords on the computer. Just flip to the site information on your Tarifold and, presto, there they are. No fuss. No stress.I'd recommend this to home computer owners as well as office users. I suppose office users like the multicolored files, that's the only thing I don't like about it. I'd have preferred all black with a black stand, but the expandablility is worth that drawback.

Didn't know we needed another center piece to put more of the inserts on it / no idea how to buy just the metal insert ended without having to get another base (which is not needed)
