The InstaView Desktop Reference System from Durable is economical, functional, and an ideal organizational tool for customer service, sales, and general office use. It is easily expandable by connecting additional systems with each other (connectors included) and features glare-free polypropylene sleeves with rugged frames in assorted colors - two each in red, black, yellow, blue, and green. Also available with black frames (DBL5612-01). Includes desk stand, 10 sleeves (20 viewing sides) and 5 snap-on tabs.

The Durable InstaView Desktop Reference System is a practical solution for keeping frequently used reference documents close at hand. The system consists of 10 letter-size, non-glare poly panels (20 viewing sides) with rugged outer frames, five snap-on tabs, a panel holder, a wire desk stand, and two snap-on connectors. To expand the system, simply purchase additional InstaView units and use the connectors included to link units together.

I'm using this product to keep information about the different services offered at my job within my fingertips and answers to frequently asked questions are right where I can find it and I don't have to be rummaging through filing folders or drawers for what I need. I don't like that it's too light and tips over easily but for the price I can live with it.

This was a great way to get things off my cubicle walls and organize important information at work that I need available at all times. The stand is ok, could be a little sturdier but it serves it purpose and was less expensive than other brands.

This is a decent reference set. The folders are a bit tricky to remove, but it seems sturdy enough. I mounted mine on the wall, as the stand did not keep the set reliably upright. I also think the price is nuts for what is included.

The base likes to fall off anytime I move it. The extensions are extremely hard to put it. I hurt myself a few times trying to put those in and finally gave up. Once you have this set up ALWAYS pick it up by the back arm, otherwise it falls out.

Read this review earlier. I should have listened to it."Had I not tired to get this thing together with modifications, it would be going back. My husband and I could not get the extendable pieces to "klick" into each other with out using a hammer and chisel. I use one of these on a daily basis, just a different model and this model is junk. Save your money and pick one that a base that is solid. Very, very disappointed."Same problem here. And do be careful in trying to "click" them together with force. Huge gash in my finger. I guess the most excitement was that I bleed all over it. When one of the joiners was stuck, I tried tapping it out and unfortunately it fell on one of the plastic sheet holders. Completely shattered it as the connecting part went right through it. Fell to pieces. Not worth the time in trying to get a new one of those. In addition, the legs just slip in the back plate via some staggered punched holes from the main plate. There is no "clicking" here as they will fall out if you attempt to move it without holding both the base and the stand. I purchased this for hobby stuff and gaming, but I would not bring this to my work. Save your money. I wish I would have invested in a more expensive one. Thought I would be slick and get two of these for less. Stupid me.

I like the ease to slide in / replace sheets of paper into the viewing pockets. i use my desktop reference system for daily schedules, password list, important phone numbers and other practical forms like local bus routes/ maps and so on. easy to assemble. the desk version takes up some of the desk space, there is a wall mounted version, which was not practical for my study set up. I highly recommend this product for quick access of regularly used documents.

Is exactly as pictured and described. Easy to assemble, comes with instructions and the fitting issues reported previously have been resolved. All parts in organised bags, includes plastic tabs and inserts.Can be extended with additional systems.

The document holders do not fit a4 paper, needs to be taller. The metal stand at the back is very flimsy and if moved back falls off
