Needed to put some privacy film on the lower half of the kitchen/dining room windows to stop the dogs from looking out at the bunnies and neighbor's dog so they'd stop barking at them. Found this with the cool pattern and just enough green to match the sage green of the walls. Excellent privacy AND light transmission. The film is thick and sturdy and easy to work with. Just use a lot of water as they said (and make sure to remove the clear backing otherwise it wont' stick...). The included squeegee was one of the best I've ever used for film and vinyl work. And the knife is perfect. Easy to remove air bubbles with and stays that way. Definitely recommend.

I purchased the DKTIE Static Cling Decorative Window Film as a gift for my daughter and son-in-law, and they absolutely love it! The installation was a breeze, taking about half an hour with the handy tools provided in the kit. The film offers wonderful privacy on their front door sidelight while still allowing natural light to filter through. The vintage leaf pattern is gorgeous and perfectly complements their deep blue color scheme. It really adds a tranquil and calming vibe to their home. Highly recommend this product for both its functionality and aesthetic appeal!

I purchased this window film to cover a window in my guestroom for privacy from our front porch. It looks amazing and applied without any problems. It allows light through and gives the room a peaceful touch - very "sanctuary" like.Tips: The film comes rolled up like a scroll of wrapping paper. Inside the scroll is everything you need: a nice, small rubber squeegee, a sharp exact o knife and a small water spray bottle. I made the mistake of purchasing a separate "window cling kit" off of Amazon - thinking I'd need it - and it was useless. The supplies included with the window film were FAR superior - and I'll be returning the kit because it failed on all counts.I measured the window - and cut the film 1 inch longer on all sides. I cleaned the window first by speeaying it with clean water and a paper towel (no windex, etc.). Then, I peeled off the clear film from the piece I had cut and sprayed the peeled side with water (generously - making sure all parts of it were wet). Then I sprayed the window with clean water - again making sure to saturate it. I then applied the film (wet side toward the wet window) and it clung there - allowing me to center it. Then, using the squeegee that came with the set - I pressed in the top edge and corners and worked my way down - sopping up the water with a washcloth from the bottom.Once the majority of water was pressed out and all sides were squeegeed tightly - I took the exact o knife that came with the kit and carefully ran it securely along the top edge first - then the sides - and lastly - the bottom. Squeegee again - to release all the water and pat the edges with a dry washcloth. It worked like a charm!Very pleased!!

So really quick, I love the design, it is FULLY OPAQUE so no peeping toms and no light, it is great.HOWEVER, it has a huge flawAnd that is the direction of the print. It is printed vertically meaning the top of the pattern unrolls first. This means that the top will never be perfectly straight again after you cut it and you must overlap it to fully cover the window. This took me DAYS AND HOURS to figure out how to fix it. I specifically use these so I can leave my blinds up a little at all times because I have cats. This way they can always get in the window and then look out over the top of the film and not damage the blinds (we rent so no other options, no drilling allowed for curtains)The solution finally was to put a strip of black electrical tape on the window first, getting it as straight as possible and making sure I like it. Then cutting the film (bigger than the measured area) and lining it up along the tape, putting another black tape on top of the film and then putting white electrical tape on it for the aesthetic. White on it's own wasn't opaque enough.Cutting it is a total nightmare to get it perfect. I used a plastic card to shove it inside the window frame to avoid any holes or light showing. But I basically had to sit there and cut off hair thin strips at a time to make sure. No amount of measuring is gonna get it right just fyi. I still have 3 more windows to do but for now I need a break and I'm not sure I even have enough film. We'll see.Anyways, it seems to be the only film on the market that's actually fully private. I tried frosted but it bubbles so bad, the rainbow is beautiful but you can totally see through it at night if you're up close and I'm sure the other versions of this film would have similar problems.Just be aware this is a process if you need to apply it similar to my situation

Received my order quickly, but the roll was bent. I was concerned that there would be a crease in the section that was bent during delivery; however, it was not a problem and did not affect the appearance or installation. I would definitely order from this company again. The tools included made installation so much easier than having to gather those things yourself. Putting the film on takes a little patience; take your time and follow the instructions. End result is great.

I love these. Our front room has lots of windows, and I use these to help dampen the brightness and also give out a nice effect. They were easy to use and come off very nicely. If you need to peel them back you can easily, I would say anyone would be able to install these with little difficulty.

Kit is easy to use and the vinyl is pretty and works well. 3 star is mainly for how different items are delivered. I didn’t have enough vinyl left to finish my project, so i ordered a smaller roll to finish it up. It’s taking 2 MONTHS to arrive. The first roll was prime and took just a few days. Feels like a way to force you to buy more than what you need. And yes, the larger roll is still available for prime. I don’t understand how a smaller product would take SO much longer to be delivered.

The stick on side is very nice and that’s what I assumed it would look like based off of the photo. Unfortunately, the side that shows in the room looks like there’s a thick film over it and makes it look cheap.

(-) Je ne comprends pas pourquoi, le papier décolle la nuit... le changement de température?? Tous les matins je le réinstalle, il tient super bien!! Je reviens le lendemain et c'est tombé...(+) Se découpe et s'installe facilement!! Très beau et de bonne qualité
