I recommend using DMC brand, and not the less expensive ones. I ordered another brand in error. The cheaper threads tangle easily and the thickness is inconsistent. When your investing a lot of time in a project, you owe it to yourself to use quality products.

After reading past reviews I was very Leary about buying because they said they only received one skein. I however received exactly what I order on time and with no problems. I have not used all of them yet but I did receive 12 as ordered.

I should have read the reviews prior to purchasing. It seems like this has been an ongoing issue for some time now. I went through the return process and it lead me to the DMC customer service site. That was no help. I backtracked and went through the return process again and noticed a clickable link (I don't remember what it said). I selected that and it gave me the option for a returnless refund. I did send DMC a message with screenshots telling them that their product page on Amazon is incorrect. I doubt that will gain any traction since this has been an ongoing issue for over a year now.

I was worried these would not be the color that I was wanting, ordering online, sometimes it does not look the same when you get it. This color was great for Autumn, I am using the floss stitching on scrapbook layouts, and they turned out beautiful.

Good quality embroidery thread and reasonably priced used it to finish a picture that did not come with enough thread. Matched perfectly . I usually buy a pinwheel of colors and hang into them for just this reason or if I want to change a color.

This color was perfect for my project but I would remove the word light from the description. It is definitely not light grey. It’s a somewhat dark grey like a charcoal. Photo is accurate but description is not. The quality is excellent of the thread and the purchase overall.

DMC 115 is my favourite variegated thread. Buying it by the box of 12 is just sensible!
