It is obviously good quality which is what I would have expected from this company. The white is true white.

Best I've seen. The holes are clear and perfect the fabric is white but not terribly bright. The fabric is stiff and sturdy, good for someone like me who is prone to making a lot of mistakes and needs to rip out stitches often. The hand (that is, the feel of the fabric) is very nice. DMC is a well known, well respected brand for needlecrafts and this lives up to its name.

Very sturdy, stuff but warms up in your hand when stitching. Only includes one piece, which is a bummer, but can be carefully trimmed down for multiple projects, like I did with my Jake the Dog. Will definitely be purchasing more in the future!

Perfect for cross stitching, the material is really firm and sturdy. I use these with , which does leave temporary marks on the fabric itself.Only complaint I have is it seems to fray at the corners, eventually peeling off rows of fabric at a time. My suggestion to fix this is to use a little piece of masking tape to cover each of the four corners.

By far my favorite Aida cloth that I've used yet. Easy to stitch, not too much fray, but best of all: it's white! A pure, clean white.

This is a great value for a basic crafty staple. As an avid cross stitcher, I love to work with 14 count aida cloth. The white is perfect for dyeing it myself and Charles Craft is much higher quality than what I am able to purchase at my local big box craft store.

DMC has long been known for the quality of their products. This is a lovely fabric for your needlework. This is a nice size piece for stitching several small or one larger project. If you invest your time stitching, it is wise to work with quality supplies.

I was happy with the order. It comes folded and I can see how a folded crease would get in the way for a large cross stich; for me the folds were perfect because most of what I do is small anyway. After I finish I tape all 4 sides so it doesn't come apart while cleaning. I use a tooth brush gently with soapy water I lay it on a flat surface to dry.. It gets softer, more pliable after the first washing. Everything was just as I expected it to be.

I ordered the wrong size but it will come in useful at some point!

This is a good fabric and sturdy too! I have bought this kind of fabric for all my counted cross-stitch projects and YES I would recommend this to anyone new at this kind of thing, or even a veteran. Although this is still a good quality fabric, the problem with the fabric that comes in this kind of packaging and also that it's in folds, this product tends to have creases in the fabric that can sometimes be hard to come out even after ironing etc. I try and avoid the ''folded" types of 14 count canvas that comes on the market -- like this one, so IF I can buy the canvas that is rolled and in the tubes, it is not only easier to open but also to have put in the frame without the creases already in it, makes starting my projects easier. Sometimes when I've bought this product, I only bought it because is was a good price and a fairly good size piece of fabric for my projects. Now with the fabrics coming in the 'rolled and in rectangular boxes' which I see are labelled "DMC Charlescraft" products as well, I try and buy those instead as I then don't have to fight with the 'creases' that come in the fabrics. I see that they are doing that more and more now so maybe they won't sell as much of these in the 'folded' packages because they know people have not been to happy with having to deal with the creases, I don't really know, but that's fine by me!Also, with this and some of the other fabrics I've bought, I've found out how good a quality this fabric actually is. For example, when I've had to tear out some stitches due to making a mistake in the project/pattern I'm doing, while tearing out the stitches, although you still have to be careful, it is still sturdy enough fabric that it won't or didn't tear as easily as you'd might think, even when I used my stitch ripper to do this it was still pretty sturdy fabric. So, all in all I would rate this 5 stars because I like the quality and also the price but here I only rate it a 3 because of the fact that this fabric comes 'folded' in the package and NOT 'rolled'.

Very good quality cotton 14 Ct. Aida in a crisp, clean white. The fabric has sizing added to it, making it easy to work with, with or without a hoop, and the 14 count weave is kind to the eyes.It holds its shape well while working with it, and also stands up to washing (if used with washable embroidery floss) as an applique or patch on clothing or linens.Very nice product, and great quality for the price.Highly recommended.
