This screen is actually really cool. I didn't expect it to be that great of quality when I saw the price, but I was proved wrong. I let it air out (it kinda stank like chemicals for a couple days) and now it's great.

My son loves this GM barrier.The exterior is 3D padded and displays a fantasy scene.The interior includes 4 plastic screen panels that are auto populated by generic RPG info. These sheets can be removed and replaced with user designed info sheets.My son’s only complaint is that the exterior scene is a bit of a mishmash of fantasy medieval and Roman/Greek mythology figures, so he says that’s is a bit weird.

The art on the outside looks nice, and feels like faux leather. The inside slipcases are extrenely useful for using either your own cheatsheets or the ones that come with the screen (especially if you are a noob DM like I am). Does a good job of standing up and is tall enough to prevnt players from seeing your schemes and machinations.

This is a gorgeous looking DM screen, but it is WILDLY overpriced for what you get, and therefore suffers a low value.- The metallic "embossed" exterior is really nice looking. This is the only good element-- and not worth the ticket price.- The materials are VERY smelly. There's a strong smell of toxic chemical off-gassing even a month after it was opened.. it smells AWFUL, and for sensitive noses, that's going to be a major deal breaker.- The clear plastic (vinyl?) sleeves/pockets on the DM's side of the screen are not sized for US standard printer/letter paper, so if you want to print your own rules/cheat-sheets, or use those for campaign notes, etc, you have to custom size (cut) your pages. This is silly.- The design and layout of the included "cheat sheets" is a bit cluttered, and may be challenging for some people's visual preferences. There's a fine art to making DM screens, and while the information here is all applicable and relevant, it is messy and not easy to parse at a glance. This is one of the major purposes of a DM screen (instead of just using a 3-ring binder or two, put up like a screen!) and it is visually unhelpful to my eyes.Overall, this is fine, but I have mixed views and at this price-point (nearly $40 at time of review) it could certainly be better, and our hobby deserves better bang-for-buck.

This is a good DM screen. The inserts have the standard stuff on them, which is handy, but you can use whatever inserts you want as they are a standard size. The inserts are displayed behind the clear vinyl that you can use wet erase or dry erase markers on and will clean up with no issues. The screens themselves are not overly thick or heavy, but seem to be good quality, and have good depth to the relief on the player side. Ordered as a gift for one of my favorite DMs and he seems quite pleased with it.

LongLongJin's DM screen is well-made and looks absolutely gorgeous. The textured bronze design really pops and helps set the mood my players as I settle in behind it to guide them through a land of fantasy and wonder.The four included cheat sheets are a very handy resource for a new DM, and several of the pages will still be referenced by experienced DMs, like if you happen to need the effects of dehydration or the going rate for an unskilled hireling. You'll probably ditch the page that explains how combat works fairly quickly, which leaves room for a page of your own notes.... which brings me to my big gripe about this DM screen (and, to be fair, many others): it's not sized to accept North American-standard letter-sized paper, but rather ISO-standard A4 paper. A literal quarter of an inch could have solved this and let both types fit, but as it stands, if you are in the US and print out your own notes, you either have to seek out A4 paper or you have to trim about a quarter inch of width off your notes. If you live outside of North or Central America, this is a non-issue, but as someone in the USA it's a noticeable inconvenience, especially as someone who prints custom DM notes for every session.

I love this screen the back sleeves hold all my DM goodies and are made of nice thick material. This screen looks bronze metallic-like but is made of a sturdy plastic-like material. The design is beautiful and looks amazing. It will be part of my kit for a long time.

This has to be the most gorgeous way to keep your papers and books out of sight during play I've ever seen! Incredible detail adds atmosphere to your next meeting. Looks like bronzework!
