This review is for the DND DM Screen Dungeons and Dragons master screen leather. The Good: STURDY, USEFUL, GREAT ARTWORK!The Bad: It's got a strong vinyl scent that will last for a bit. Worth it.The Ugly: They say "leather" in the title. Don't lie. Your customers will still buy a really cool, well-designed vinyl DM screen. The Long Review: This is THE DM screen. It's the screen you use when you want your group to think you've gone professional and they need to start paying up. No joke, this is a really well thought out screen.First and foremost - it's sturdy. Let's make that clear. It might take a fireball to drop it. If it falls over during a game, it was done on purpose.Second - the artwork. Oh My WOW. It's amazing. It almost makes me want to be on the other side of the screen, just so I can admire it.Now, let's talk utility. It's a screen. *yawn* big deal. It hides what you're doing. Sure...it does that...it also has 4 slots for papers (like all the important at-a-glance information you need to be a good DM) and those papers are tucked away in WET-ERASE SLEEVES. Yes, you can mark things on your screen and erase them as you go. *Faints*Oh, oh yes...it's not made of leather. Maybe Pleather? Might be vinyl. I'm not going to set it ablaze to check.Final Thoughts: This is Big League version of a DM screen. If you're a DM, just let me say: Get. It. Today.

Even if you don't use these rules, this fold out is great to put your own print outs in for other games! Great quality and style for price!

This DND DM Screen is an absolute game-changer for any Dungeon Master! The sturdy, well-made design provides excellent durability, and the artwork is stunning—it's like a piece of art in itself. The wet-erase pockets are perfect for keeping notes and stats organized, and the ability to write and erase on the clear inserts is a huge plus. The leather-like material (it’s actually PU leather, not real leather) is smooth, durable, and easy to clean. It’s an excellent tool for both new and experienced DMs, offering great functionality and style. Highly recommend!

Sabermaster DM Screen (*****)I have a lot of DM screens and I've gotten quite picky over the years as to what works and what doesn't. Let's start with the good. It's sturdy. Like, seriously sturdy. This thing isn't going to flop over if someone bumps the table, which is a huge plus. The build quality feels solid, and the PU leather exterior gives it a nice, professional look, even if it's not actual leather. Let's be clear about that: it's not leather, it's synthetic. This is a bit of a misstep in the advertising, but it doesn't detract from the overall quality. The size is great too. When fully open, this screen measures 47" x 11.75", providing ample space to hide my DM shenanigans. But the clever folding design means it collapses down to a compact 11.75" x 10.75" x 2.5", making it super portable for taking it to game nights at friends' houses. The artwork is also pretty nice and evocative. The real selling point for me, though, is the four wet-erase pockets. Having these clear pockets where I can write directly on them with a wet-erase marker is a game-changer. I can keep track of initiative, monster HP, and other important details without having to constantly flip through rulebooks or scribble on loose paper. The pockets are designed to fit standard A4 size paper, which is convenient, but they are a bit snug, so using slightly thinner cardstock (around 200gsm) or regular printer paper is recommended to avoid any issues inserting your pages. The included 5e rules inserts are a nice bonus, but there are typos. Personally, I found them a decent starting point, but I'll probably swap them out with my own custom notes and campaign-specific information. It's great that they're easily replaceable. There was a bit of a smell at first, but it's a new product and that's expected.Overall, despite the minor quibbles about the material being advertised as leather when it isn't, this is a fantastic DM screen. It's sturdy, functional, and well-designed, making it a great addition to any DM's toolkit. If you're looking for a solid, portable screen with wet-erase functionality, this is definitely worth checking out.

I've had a lot of DM screens before, and I can tell you that this one is really impressive. I love the wet erase pockets for taking notes. Each of the screens has a clear pocket for you to keep your documents and strategy sheets, and you can use a dry erase pen on top of the clear pocket to circle or write on the documents without damaging them. This is great for me because I always want to write on my documents but then erase them for another game. And if you're like me, you might want to use the screen for different games other than D&D, so the clear pockets are super useful for holding any documents you want. The leather cover is also really nice and makes the screen more durable than cardboard screens.
