I bought this product for my dog ear Swoll due to shaking from allergies. The product came through the mail good clean sturdy, but it didn’t stay on my dog head, which he is a blue nose pitbull. His neck was too short probably worked good for dogs with long necks.

I ordered a large based on measuring my dog's head - a boxer - and going off the provided size chart. It is SOOO large, it won't stay on his head. He has a hematoma on his ear and the vet wants to 'lock his hears down so the hematoma can heal. it keeps opening up with every head shake. i literally have blood all over my walls! My boy needs this and now have to wait another day (maybe more at this point) because the seller's size chart is 100% inaccurate.2 stars for it being soft and i like the pull cable, and i THINK once i get the right size it will help him, but this is overall ridiculous.
