Dogs can be tricky and use bowl holders to open door. Other than that awesome product. Very sturdy what you see is what you get.

The lock isn’t lined up correctly. Reached out to try to get this fixed but no response. Really wish I could get this piece replaced because we’re not able to close the door because they built it wrong. This pen looks nice but it’s very cheaply made. Super light & having to put our own stuff around it to make sure nothing can gets in or out.

While I’ve purchased other kennels in the past, many were difficult to clean and maintain, but this one simplifies upkeep significantly. Upon arrival, I was impressed by its robust construction: the sturdy metal frame feels built to last, and the durable tarp material is thicker than expected.

UPDATE!Went from 2 to 5 stars!!Great customer service! I felt valued and prioritized by the company! They handled the low rating with professionalism and understanding. They made things right and I would definitely shop with them again and suggest others try their products. Thanks!!!I have mixed feelings about this product.Pros: Nice design, easy to install by myself, price was decent, canopy feature.Cons: sides can be pushed outward by the weight of my dogs, the sliding latch on the door didn’t line up with slots it’s supposed to slide into, it only has one latch that really doesn’t make the door as secure as it should be.I believe some stakes to the side to the ground would help not allow my two dogs (5 & 7 month old pits) to push out the side and put stress on all the joints that will eventually break over time.I also had to grind off the welds of the sliding lock mechanism and drill hole to reattach it so it can line up with the slots in order for the gate to lock. I will also be looking for a second latch to add to secure the door because an outdoor kennel this big (13x13) means it’s for a larger breed dog so this needs to be addressed due to the safety concerns of the dog getting out.Debating whether I’m going to return it or not
