The flap works great. We bought our doggie door used and the flap was chewed up on the edges. It has made a huge difference with the heat and cold coming in. Its a nice snug fit and the dogs do great with it.

Product is great for a quick replacement for a very heavily used dog door. Only thing, wish it came with extra screws. Overtime they can fall out and being small can easily be lost. So had to go to special store to find screws that small to replace. But overall very happy.

Original flap was almost 7 years old, very warped, and letting all kinds of cold air into the building. Even when it was new, there was probably a 2mm gap on sides, but it did its job well (giving dog access to barn with heated bed whenever he wanted).This flap seemed to be a *pinch* larger than the one that came with the door.Dog did paw at it a bit before he got through, but after going through once, he was fine. We both like the improved seal.

Well crafted but not for a Pet Safe pac11-11039 replacement flap. THe measurements are a little big and the holes are not in its proper location for a Petsafe Large Dog Door Flap.

Doesn't fit and catches on the sides and bottom. Need to trim a bit. The hole are also a little large for the screws and the whole flap gets ripped off when dogs are going through. Need to add washers to keep them on. Get the PET SAFE ones, they work perfectly. Spend the 6 more bucks for them. These ones are a waste of time and money.

I feel this is a better flap than the original Pet safe brand flap.
