Came back to rave how game changing these grip socks are for my dog. SO SATISFIED w this product. THANK YOU to the founders of this product. We finally found ones that work for our dog and our needs. This product is thoughtfully designed truly. And if you’re on the brink, i’d recommend giving them a try. Such a great price for what it gave us.WHAT I GOT: I got the beige (sz S) and dad bought grey (sz L) grip socks for our goldendoodle, 50ish lbs, medium size dog, 13 yo. Sizing/measurement chart listed here is pretty accurate (make sure to press down on their paws to get more accurate measurement cuz toes expand etc). Our dog measured 1, 7/8” so I gave size small a-go. I think the medium is the right size for our dog though, although size small works just fine. The small fits snug and comfortable it seems for our dog BUT just think medium would be even more perfect. I triple checked to make sure he was ok w the size small and not harming him etc and he seemed fine. He actually seems to love these socks and seems grateful for them as well! Amazinggg.PRODUCT IMPACT/WHY THESE SOCKS ARE GREAT:-They do hold up pretty well-Doesn’t slip off and the extra velcro (placed perfectly) helps prevent further slip downs-Socks do rotate once in a while but the all-around-grips around the paws really do prevent slippage for our dog even if they do rotate and still provides stability for our dog’s movement/mobility purposes-We don’t have to constantly readjust socks for dog-Overall impact of quality of life it gave our dog is AMAZING. I read a review before I purchased about someone’s dog living like he/she had a new lease on life… IT’S TRUE. MY dog is behaving the same. It’s awesome to see. He’s 13yo and started running/prancing around indoors (on wooden floors) like he used to when he was younger, walks/moves/stops/sits etc w more ease and confidence, aids him going up/downstairs, prevents wood floor scratches, and he seems to honestly love them too (like a big relief for him)!! Keeps him young and delays further aging physically, I truly believe (easier on joints).-He doesn’t budge whenever we put them on for him-His paws don’t get sweaty-Socks are indeed soft-He didn’t do the weird funky getting-used-to walk when we fitted him on 🙌🏼! This was a successful purchase and well designed product for our fur baby.Hooray!

My 17 year old Cockapoo has gradually lost muscle tone in her back legs and began slipping on smooth floors. We added area rugs and have been carrying her around the house more and more for the last few years to help her get around. Inevitably, she lost more muscle tone and being bored, began to sleep most of the day away. Occasionally, she even got "stuck" on the tile floor, unable to stand up to move until we found her which was very distressing for all of us.These socks work like a charm. I wish I found them sooner. They give her the extra traction she needs to move about freely. I was hoping that at best, they might help us to avoid an injury from slipping and help her to get up when she gets stuck. I didn't expect that her new found freedom would restore her confidence and encourage her to move more. She is once again following the family from room to room, getting up to look outside to see what's going on, and climbing the steps with ease. She's no longer bored, sleeping all of the time (ok, she still sleeps a lot, she is 17 after all) and generally disinterested in life. She's back to being our curious little shadow that is happy just to be near us. I hope to see some of her muscle tone come back, but for now, I'm just glad that she's visibly happier and more energetic.The small size was perfect for her. We tried these on all 4 feet, but found she only needs them on her back 2 legs which will help extend the time before we need to replace them. We do not let her wear them outside, so they have not shown any signs of wear and tear yet. Since we can rotate the pairs, we have washed and dried them several time without shrinking or damaging the tread. The Velcro is tightly sewn onto the sock so it does not get lost in the wash.Putting them on took a few tries, but once you figure it out, it's easy. I was pleased to see that they do not have any loose threads inside the socks that would snag her toes. I put them on like you would pantyhose (if you can remember those). Roll down the top as far as you can and then use both thumbs to spread the sock open and slide their foot inside. Once on, pull the toe portion out a little and spread out their toes to make sure they have wiggle room. We have been able to just barely close the Velcro around her ankle without them falling off because they do have some elasticity to them which helps keep them on her foot. This way, I don't have to worry about them being uncomfortably tight around her ankle. Your dog's activity level may necessitate tightening the Velcro to keep them secure.They have not twisted on her foot, but if they did, the tread wraps almost all of the way around which would help give her traction. Consider that when comparing these to other brands that only have traction on one side of the sock.I couldn't be happier with this purchase. It's so good to see her up and about again. I missed my shadow!

The socks work! They provide needed traction for my senior dog to walk on hardwood floors and vinyl tile that had become difficult for her. She previously rejected wearing other clothing but seems comfortable wearing the socks.Probably unavoidable drawbacks, at least for us: putting the socks on takes a little patience; taking them off to go outside, particularly in the rain or snow, and putting them on again takes a little more patience.Overall, the socks seem to have resolved a significant problem.

We bought these for our mini poodle after a disastrous attempt at trying out several pairs of shoes. He's a small dog with big feet, so nothing fit! Then we found these and they are great! Fit him very well, nice and stretchy, come up above his doggy knees so he can enjoy playing in snow! The snow clings to his curly hair in little balls, so these really help him enjoy these Wisconsin winters. These are great for hot pavement as well, up to 80° here in in the midwest, but I can't vouch for hotter than that. They have little grippy spots on the bottom that may melt in hot weather. These are also great for dogs that slide on wood or laminate flooring and struggle walking on it. I highly recommend! Had ours 2 years strong still holding up like new.

I bought these for my 13 year old yorkue who's been starting to have difficulty with his back legs. At first the socks work great! They were nice and grippy and the velcro was very strong.... however after about a week or so the socks seem to start losing the grip and my dog started sliding around again with his back legs. We bought a second pair just to see, but the 2nd pair seemed to do the same thing.

My dog had got a lick granuloma on her back paw. She is extremely clever at taking socks and boots off in the blink of an eye, and would start aggravating the injury even more. These little socks are nice and soft, yet hard wearing. They are a good length for strapping on and the velcro is a good length and VERY strong. She cannot get them off and we have therefore avoided the Cone of Shame. Thank you DOK for these little miracles!

Love it, It has helped my senior dog have more traction on tiled floors. It has helped immensely, it rotates and spins but has managed to stay on and yet still be effective.A bit of feedback about the velcro, I just wish it used more modern velcro and some threading of the strap has come loose.

Very pleased with these doggy socks. We have an elderly small dog who is always slipping on our hardwood floors. She absolutely loves them..as soon as they are on she literally jumps up and runs around..she’s 15! We so enjoy not hearing the ticking of her claws on the floors..a bonus for sure. She has become extremely stealth, which I believe she enjoys. They fit perfectly and stay on quite well depending on what she’s up to. 😂 The quality of sock and built in Velcro strap is appreciated. We have tried other brands of these socks that did not work as well. This type of sock can be challenging for some dogs as their dew claws can get stuck..but if put on slowly with kisses our old girlie is ok with the process. They are roomier than the others we’ve tried which makes them comfortable for her. A back opening would certainly be helpful but we had no real issues. I recommend these 100%!

Lovely looking but they came off immediately my dog moved. And they were as tight as possible without shutting off her blood supply.
