We received this and didn’t think much of doing a review. The box quit working after a few months so we reached out to the seller to see what options we have. You guys… this company is amazing. They went above and beyond to help us and get a working box. Never again will I use any other company than this one. Fantastic people and a great product they stand by! Truly rare customer service level these days. If you need any pool products they sell please use them. Phenomenal

My power supply failed on 4/2 (a Sunday). I contacted the Maytronics customer support line via email and they responded with advice the very same day (again, on a Sunday). The advice didn't resolve the issue, so the customer support rep (Nate) looked up my warranty date. Unfortunately, the warranty expired on 3/21 (two weeks earlier), but Nate sent me a replacement power supply anyways. Great experience and I really appreciate it!!

Deceptive! This product is described and pictured AND PRICED here as the advanced power unit, bluetooth capable, which is necessary to run all functions for the Dolphin 300i. It is not. Only after I received the unit, which was priced as if it is the advanced unit advertised, did I realize it is a dramatically lower-priced base model which does not even have internet or Bluetooth capability which is necessary to run all the functions on the Dolphin or even use the app. Just on and off. I confirmed this by talking to Maytronics which immediately identified that the part number on the unit I was sent clearly identifies it as the wrong part. Maytronics told me to return my unit for a refund and gave me the correct part number which I was able to use to order the correct power module and am back in business. Unfortunately However I am still getting the runaround from Pool Zoom, the company that sold me this unit and am STILL waiting for my full refund. It's not my fault I trusted Pool Zoom and Amazon to correctly describe the part I bought. Hopefully anyone reading this won't have to go through what I am now.

I’ve had this for a few months and it works well so far. These are not as weather-proof as I had hoped. The last one got water inside and stopped working after about a year. The replacement unit is quite pricey in my opinion.

After having the same controller for 5 years, I came home to mine sitting at the bottom of the pool. Make sure that it is secured. Thus new one is a replacement and works just as good as the original purchased one.
