They work great on carpet or flooring. They do not slip and are well made and sturdy.

These door stoppers are a life saver. Work well with most doors. I place mine behind the door and it is not seen and keeps door open.

This product can and does work for the most parts. Keep in mind that your issue may come with the size and alignment of the door. The apartment complex that I live on has a slight orientation of the door frame and door. The door does not close properly and needs to be pushed with some force. Turns out the door is not properly aligned. The door stopper can hold the door but my doors seems to be heavy which causes the stopper to slide.Pros:- Basic stopper-Average build (material, design, size).-No factory smell-Comes in a pairCons:-Does not hold every door in place.-May potential damage door or cause further damage (if door is already damaged)-No instructions on cleaning the product.Keep in mind that the weight of the door does matter. If you are okay with the door slightly closing and the door is about 60 to 90 degrees open then this can be your product. However, I needed this to hold my door while I was moving furniture into the apartment and this DID NOT help the situation.

There is a door in my house that separates the hallway from the bedrooms to the front of the house. I have had a doorstop to hold it open for years but the old doorstop was a super hard rubber that may as well be plastic. It sits on a hardwood floor and slides like crazy and even if a light breeze blows it will slide and the door will go wherever it wants. I looked at local stores but a single doorstop was expensive and the ones I ran across were also pretty hard rubber. I figured I would try these because they were very inexpensive and the reviews seem to say they are a softer rubber. They arrived and while they are not made of super soft rubber, they are definitely made of medium softness rubber which is way better than my old harder rubber ones. I put it under the door and it feels extremely firm in place. The softer rubber means you can really push it hard under the door since it is not as hard a a rock which should help it hold it in place. The door in question is a hollow core composite door so it is not very heavy but I think these would also hold a much heavier door in place also. For around five bucks for two of these, this is a great purchase!

Does exactly what it says. We had a door that would close itself halfway...but this door stopper has fixed that.

Arrived quickly and large enough to hold my washing machine from moving during spin cycle. I'd gotten cheaper ones but they turned our to be too lightweight and too small for the task. I'm glad to have them

Does exactly what it’s meant to! Even when my door has lots of clothes hanging on it, the door stopper is able to hold everything back! Would recommend to everyone.
